Really a nice place. Went here for lunch and was impressed with the food. Tasted the chicken katsu and noodles and rice and spicy chicken and the taste is commendable. Lovely food. Fast service.
The food tastes nice and the presentation of the boxes look cozy. They provide soya sauce, wasabi and chopsticks (additional cutlery can be demanded)
Next time I'll try a eat-in lunch to see the service and atmosphere.

Excellent portions for a reasonable price. Order the large beef. It's an excellent choice. One huge set back is food safety. The cook brought out a pan of freshly prepared food and dropped it on the old food. That is not proper food safety. They should bring the new food out in a new pan and drop the older food on the freshly cooked food. Otherwise the older food doesn't get eaten and can spoil. Maybe that's why they have a "4" as their food rating. They need to be aware of this and put it into practice.
This was my first time visiting Kokoro. Value for money was excellent. The food was hot and more than plentiful. Although this was a "fast food" outlet and most people use it as a takeaway there were a few tables in side snd out. It was very clean. Thankyou ladies for a pleasant late lunch with my grandson.
I have been to multiple Kokoro restaurants across the UK. The food is yummy and you get a decent portion size with lots of choice available, both hot and cold. For ‘fast food’ it tastes fresh and hot.
I gave 4/5 stars for this Sutton restaurant as the staff allowed 2 people to cut the que of which I had been waiting 20 minutes already. They seem flustered by the amount of deliveroo orders coming in and off the street customers.

A popular place and for good reason. The large chicken katsu curry is more than enough for lunch; chances are you'll have some leftover for a pre-dinner snack! Sometimes I'll get the chicken gyoza to go with it. I can't fault how much food you get for the money, and at virtually the same price as a McDonalds these days, having a Kokoro instead is a no-brainer. The staff often seem a little rushed, so it would be good to have a few more hands behind the counter. The eat-in area is quite small and fills up very quickly.
Popular place, always busy at lunchtime so expect a queue. Love the sushi and the hot food is popular too.
The food options are good. I tried Katsu curry but did a mistake of taking the curry on the rice and not seperately. I could see in my large pot the curry was not enough for the whole portion of rice. chicken sweet chilli and sushi options are very nice.They also have vegetarian only sushi option.
Food was great .but if you're a first timer you'd be on your own like picking your own fork(not packed with food) and no offer of or drink in sight anywhere
The food was very tasty, I ordered the chicken katsu, but they didn’t put enough sauce on it :( I’ve been going here for 5 years, and they never put enough sauce.
Visited Kokoro Sutton for the first time today. Good food for a fair price, with very pleasant and polite service. 😊
