Always stop here for a coffee. Sure it is a service station and therefore in no way cheap but all services are the same. Costa shop is good, friendly staff and always good coffee. ���
Excellent services, all round, recommended and totally satisfied with friendly helpful staff.
This is one of the cleanest and most friendly of the Costa sites. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, the tables and floors and gleaming and shiny. And as always the food is fresh and tasty. The most important thing here is that the staff seem to work as a team and that's how they offer such an excellent customer experience.
Employee was really friendly and got tea within a matter of seconds.
Costa Coffee on one side, and McDonald's on the other side. What's not to like? You can leave the kids on one side for a Happy Meal while you go the other side for a happy coffee. Just kidding, leave the kids in the car...😄

What can you say about motorway service's as long as toilets are clean and the very expensive is good as Costa is. Always stop here 1st toilet break on our way to Portsmouth

Easy access to car park with adequate number of spaces. Good choice of refreshments available with friendly service. Well laid out inside to enhance COVID safety
The coffee quality can be better but it's good. I'm always stop to take away some white coffee no suggar and with cold milk. Have a good space to sit and read a newspaper or update the social medias.
It's a good break for a long travel.
I stopped my car with my family and take some breath. Went to the toilet and drank some coffee. It was a good choice because the traffic to Bournemouth was horrible.
Great Costa on the last time there, great drink that was done nice and quickly and tasted really nice, the McDonald's although not upto full speed due to covid was nice and quick serving.
A welcoming and friendly team work here, food is great and the coffee is as you expect of the highest standards. A regular stop for me whenever i am in the area. 10/10

Good place to stop clean loos decor a bit depressing plus why do all modern coffee outlets have to be so noisy has anyone ever taken the decemble level on the customers side they might be surprised a good cup of coffee though
