We’ve been here a couple of times now for food when we’ve been in Sutton. It’s always lovely. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It always has a really good vibe and the food is fresh and tasty. The birds and fish in the garden are a nice surprise too.
Looking forward to coming again on our next trip.
This was my Second trip to Seashells. My first was last year with literally all my family and we had 6 rooms between us. Both times the rooms have been immaculate, with everything you could need in terms of drink making facilities, hairdryer toiletries, towels, making for a comfortable stay. Rooms are spotless 10/10 to housekeeping
The meals are delicious both morning and evening. Staff are super friendly and can't help enough. Definitely value for money and will continue to use whenever I need to pop up to seaside
Absolutely brilliant hotel everything you could want. The service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. It had dog friendly rooms and non dog rooms. So everyone has a choice. I stayed there two nights. The location is spot on and you can spend a leisurely day just walking down the prominade which I did. Sea shells is a Diamond place to stay if I could give 10 stars I would. A million thanks to sea shells hotel and all those who work there. Such a friendly safe place. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant little hotel which is expanding soon. Staff are amazing, rooms perfect and a lovely little outdoor area with raised pond, parrots and other birds.

The room was spacious, clean and decorated well. Everything we needed. En suite shower and toilet. Drink making facilities, tv and comfy armchairs. Spacious wardrobe and drawers. Perfect!
We were staying in Mablethorpe and wanted somewhere decent to eat. We fell on this place. We were the only people in when we first walked in, myself hubby and son Lewis who has DS. Straight away the owner (didn’t know that at the time) was so so talkative to my son. That’s a big tick for me, we were made to feel very welcome. We spoilt with the starters a 10/10 there, the main was nice just a tad to much for me. Hubby and son had pies a tad well done (burnt) on the top but still nice. I had cheese and biscuits to go and I must say when I got the munchies later it hit the right spot, plus the little enjoy on the box made me smile. The owner took my son to go and see the fish and birds. The friendliness of the place and staff is 100% and will definitely go back again. Oh and the ale is spot on definitely well kept. Thank you very much for an enjoyable evening
Great hotel spotlessly clean ,food and drinks lovely and fairly priced, the garden is great to sit and have a drink could sit and watch those fish all day.
stayed here for a night, lovely room, the lady was very welcoming and there’s even a bar downstairs! when we come back to sutton-on-sea we will definitely stay here again

Didn't stay here but had lunch which was freshly cooked and very nice

Great hotel , basic, clean , warm with all the facilities u need , breakfast was lovely, hosts were warm and welcoming, all staff were friendly, nice problem parking the car , near to.the sea if that is your thing
Friendly owners and very clean room. Well kept beer and a lovely relaxing garden to the rear. One of the best B & B's we've stayed at. Breakfast was very good and the evening menu looked very nice.
We only want there for Sunday lunch and it was really nice would recommend it
Beautiful place, very well decorated and furnished. 1st class food and good portions.
Host and all staff very polite and friendly, can't do enough for you. Lovely outside area for adults to relax and have a drink and games area for the children. Fantastic aquarium and birds to look at also. Would definitely stay again.
