We’ve been here a couple of times now for food when we’ve been in Sutton. It’s always lovely. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It always has a really good vibe and the food is fresh and tasty. The birds and fish in the garden are a nice surprise too.

This was my Second trip to Seashells. My first was last year with literally all my family and we had 6 rooms between us. Both times the rooms have been immaculate, with everything you could need in terms of drink making facilities, hairdryer toiletries, towels, making for a comfortable stay. Rooms

The room was spacious, clean and decorated well. Everything we needed. En suite shower and toilet. Drink making facilities, tv and comfy armchairs. Spacious wardrobe and drawers. Perfect!
We were staying in Mablethorpe and wanted somewhere decent to eat. We fell on this place. We were the only people in when we first walked in, myself hubby and son Lewis who has DS. Great hotel spotlessly clean ,food and drinks lovely and fairly priced, the garden is great to sit and have a drink could sit and watch those fish all day.
stayed here for a night, lovely room, the lady was very welcoming and there’s even a bar downstairs! when we come back to sutton-on-sea we will definitely stay here again

Great hotel , basic, clean , warm with all the facilities u need , breakfast was lovely, hosts were warm and welcoming, all staff were friendly, nice problem parking the car , near to.the sea if that is your thing
Friendly owners and very clean room. Well kept beer and a lovely relaxing garden to the rear. One of the best B & B's we've stayed at. Breakfast was very good and the evening menu looked very nice.
We only want there for Sunday lunch and it was really nice would recommend it
