App is a bit clunky so redeeming your reward points can be a headache. Food is normally very good and staff are very efficient although method of service can be tediously slow if there are many customers and you haven't pre ordered .

I have complained about poor service here in the past. Too often delivery orders took priority over normal customers. I am amazed how they have turned this around. Long queues are gone and I am convinced that Sutton rates as the best in the area. All revamped and a pleasant experience as it should

Clean, fresh food, friendly service. One issue is the music playing that means the server and the customer spend time repeating questions and answers. Also some new staff tend to skimp on salad. Long term staff tend to have a good rapport with customers. Note if you're vegetarian they do a 3
We went for breakfast this morning. We was served by a lovely young man called Toby. He was extremely pleasant and just had a very friendly and welcoming aura. I’ve had a lot of subways but this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of service.
