I came to Costa in Sutton-in-Ashfield this afternoon around 3:30pm. One lady stood out to me, her name began with a B. I'm hoping you can find out who she is so she can get the recognition she deserves. She was lovely when I was ordering. Chatting to my daughter and letting her pay etc. But when my friends baby knocked her drink all over herself, table, chairs and floor she was so reassuring and made her feel so much better. She cleaned it up straight away and got her a fresh drink. I don't write reviews but the lady deserves such a big thank you!

It used to be a pub denmans bottoms if I remember correctly. Hmm had few entertaining wknds in there then. So glad costa didn’t alter the outside so much and also glad it was not knocked down.

The staff are always friendly & never take themselves to seriously. When the staff are serving you they always do it with a smile on there faces. The manager always knows how to organise her team on the evidence I have seen. In a morning this Costa does get very busy. They are very good at cleaning the tables. Disabled friendly. This Costa is among the best in the middle of Nottinghamshire
Bigger inside that it appears from the outside.
Many tables, so seating should hopefully not be a problem.
Staff are quick to clear away tables, and always wipe them down afterwards.
Appears well run, and friendly team working there.
This is a pleasant cafe with well spaced tables and modern decor. I only went in for a coffee so my rating is based simply on that and the friendly service l received

I travel the country with my job and have been in well over a hundred different Costa Coffee Houses. Food and drink are nearly always the same in all Costa but not the staff. The staff here are brilliant, the best I’ve come across!!!

Nice but very expensive for a coffee these days. To be honest, mcdonalds offer is just as good if not better, at half the price. I appreciate it's the cafe style setting which pushes the costs.

Seemed to be a local teen meeting place...... Maybe there's not a local MacDonald's for them. For some reason we had to use the cardboard cups indoors. Not many sofa's, mostly table and chairs. Won't go again. The lady serving was nice and do was the coffee.

I hadn't visited Costa since before the pandemic but it was well worth the wait. Staff were helpful and friendly. Coffee was excellent as always ☕.
Smallish but friendly Costa, right in the centre of town and conveniently next to a cat park. All the usual Costa coffees and snacks, well kept and clean, and welcoming staff. Oh, and Covid compliant, of course
