Decided I wanted a carvery and this place never let's me down for quality for the price you pay.
Wasn't too busy as only just opened the carvery but good customer service.

What a great place with amazing staff. Adele was the perfect host. What a great team if people. First we stopped for the magnificent coffee and cake. Never seen cakes so huge. So big i brought some home. Then called back later for the carvery which was beautiful cooked to perfection and tasty.
Stopped in for a drink and a cake while visiting in Mansfield. First time visit and wow. The size of the cakes were huge as you can see from the picture, that lemon cheesecake was the best I've tasted up to date. It has a lemon curd type syrup though it and on the top. Some little candied lemon pie

Compared to another carvery we tried nearby (which wasn't good), this was so much better. Perfectly cooked turkey and beef, a great choice of veg and everything piping hot. They even gave me a slice of cake free as it was my 60th birthday.

Our go to place for a carvery any day of the week. Food is always fresh, plenty of choice and hands down the best in the area. Booking is recommended as it's a very popular place in the area. Only thing I would say is that it's very carvery orientated and sometimes there is a bit of a wait for food
