Fantastic experience. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable before you have even ordered your food. Lovely place with great food. Visited here on a Thursday early evening. Got a table right away. Ordered some drinks and a pizza each. Pizzas came promptly but mine was a little cool. Told a member of staff and they got me a new one right away which was much hotter. First time visiting an Ask Italia
Always love the food at Ask. First time at Sutton Coldfield restaurant and the service was excellent, food came out super fast. Everything spot on. Made date night with my beautiful wife of 30 years a great night. Will definitely be back.
One of the best chain Italian restaurants. Good, fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. I usually go when there's an offer on so even better in terms of value! Friendly and professional staff. Nice ambience.
I wasn't expecting much, knowing this was a chain restaurant but actually the food was pretty good with some excellent flavours. In particular, the chorizo style sausage had a wonderful wood fire smoked aroma which transformed the whole dish. Well done.
Good service and food as expected for a chain brand. We arrived with only 2 staff working and a limited choice of seats due to restricted operational area. Took 30mins for food to arrive but very nice and staff made a discount accordingly. You can always rely on ask for tasty food at a good price

Excellent food, quickly served... The young lady that served us was a real credit, she didn't stop once in the 90 mins we were in there, despite being mostly on her own, she was attentive and kept the restaurant immaculate in her down time.
