The lady that served me at the till was incredibly helpful as I had an issue with one of the monopoly peelers. For that help and understanding alone this branch deserves 5 stars!
Staff and customers are very pleasant . May have a few gremlins in there systems but show me a company that don't . The restraint is always well maintained not sure I've seen the upstairs been used
I love a McDonald's so I visited this branch on the way to my mums on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy, and fairly clean. I ordered from there machine, and surprise the receipt and order didn't print out. The service ok.. but the food was great, hot and tasty. Ate my meal watching a tramp putting 6 sugars in his tea and saying Christians have hijacked Christmas. Over all not too bad..the food was excellent.
Quiet. No music playing which was strange. But other than that it's a Mickey D's. Nothing special.

Staff were polite and respectful. Food was ready within a reasonable time frame and I a mcdonalds so you know what the food is going to be like before hand. Can het noisy when crowded.
The main problem for me was when ordering at the machines the recipt printing mechanism was broken, so there was no way to prove you paid and you had to make sure you remembered your order number or you might miss the callout. This must be fixed! The sooner, the better.
Food and drink , burger and chocolate, served almost instantly as my visit was off-peak BUT tables clearly hadn't been wiped down and cleaned for some considerable time . For me to return to this branch and recommend it , hygiene needs to be much better.
