The Coronation Hall - Surbiton - Photo album

My 105th (still open) 'Spoons visited. A large Wetherspoons on the main High St, not far from the Rail Station. The building has had a history of being a Lecture Hall, Cinema and a Bingo Hall before becoming a Wetherspoons branch in Sept 1997. Service was a little slow. However, the Vegetarian Bre
We had a relaxed afternoon chatting in The Coronation Hall. The meal and beverages were wonderful as was the service. Ideal for both family and friend gatherings.
Best food and beer. Great Service Good Specials. Definitely our favorite.
The well decorated venue with decent food and good service. My time was well spent in this pub.
A lovely building with lots of nice furnishings and stained glass. Great selection of real ales and deservedly in the Good Beer Guide 🍻
Another positive experience from Wetherspoons, really friendly and engaging staff and a fascinating historic building. Breakfast was of a good quality and real ale was well kept. Pleasant surroundings, lots of power points and the usual very low prices. Numerous hot drinks for 99p and the half a rea
Great fun & good pub... This pub has been a long standing favourite over the years. It has a nice atmosphere and the food usually turns up very good. Placed in a lovely historical building. Fantastic value on all levels. Never not enjoyed.
The best Wetherspoons i have visited so far. The building still has some original interior features. Staff were super helpful. Reasonable drink prices. Good food menu. Food was piping hot and served quickly. Highly recommend.
A good Spoons in an ornate building with all booze sensibly priced. The food is decent too and no frills, but at least it is priced as such - in fact better than some pubs in the area that charge a fortune for really average food. Staff are also polite too. Look out for JPM of a late evening.
This Wetherspoons commemorates in part the coronation of Edward V. It's one of the more interesting Wetherspoons branches, in that inside it's been restored sympathetically, and if you're into buildings with a history, this might interest you too. I spent quite some time just walking round admirin
A Hidden Gem. Absolutely astounded at the architecture and ambience in here. Food was amazing too
Really like the building and it wasn't too busy. The food was a reasonable price and of good quality. We had jacket potatoes with chilli beans and cheese and hot drinks.
Weatherspoons.... love em. Good beer, good service and as of Sept 23 the chief is turning out some fantastic steaks.
Perfectly located near Surbiton station, it ticks so many boxes- a sophisticated arena for wouldbe philosophers to discuss their ...bloody ell you can order beers ont phone! Marvellous!
We had a breakfast at his pub on Sunday morning. Fast and excellent service. Very stylish and comfortable place
