It has a nice atmosphere, there are family places, the employees are friendly, the products are of high quality, the product range is wide, the prices are reasonable.
The standard of quality I have experienced in Kaspas all across the country has remained the same more or less everywhere with Sunderland being no exception. The milkshakes and desserts here are great commercially produced products. They have a wide variety of waffles, crepes and ice creams. Great place to go out with your friends and family. The staff seem to be quite friendly as well!

Good deserts but it seems like the portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. This branch has the same glittery interior as other Kaspas branches and it is a good desert place overall.
We took our kids here for a birthday and they brought out our sons waffle with an indoor firework we provided. Great service and they were brilliant about it and wished him a happy birthday too.

Whent here to day with my best friend both had the same with the deal of buy one cookie dought get the second one free the ice cream is just divine . The whipped cream is just so light and fluffy yum !! Took the second one home and omg every one just loved it !! So kuist abig fums up

If your craving something sweet and very filling, this is definitely the place to go, never been disappointed yet and been many many times, each time I go I try to get something different but this caramel shortcake waffle is my favourite by far, the staff are great nice and friendly, and the place itself is fantastic very clean and very classy the decor is Brill, love it.
