We came here as we had a voucher, which makes the cost much more reasonable. The food was good quality and nice. Generous portions on both adult and child's meals. All staff members were excellent, polite and very helpful. The bathroom was immaculately clean. The choice of beer is pretty poor and overpriced. Mainly generic bland lagers with a couple of unexciting exceptions (Samuel Adams and Doom Bar). Didn't bother me but the music has changed from Italian-American to pop music such as Girls Aloud and 80's. It's not overbearing though. Some of the upholstery was looking a bit worn and needs a bit of an update.
Have visited this restaurant two consecutive weeks in a row on a Saturday morning for a breakfast catchup with a good friend of mine. Both times we have been served by 'Stacey' who has made our time at the restaurant very enjoyable with her humour. She is a very polite, cheerful and attentive member of your staff and an asset to your team.
We just love frankness and bennies. We’ve probably visited over 30 stores over the years and everywhere we go we check if there is one near by and just love the atmosphere menu and service you receive when your there. Always have a fantastic selection of booze and the waiters are friendly! This one here we have visited the most as it’s in Washington where we live and we’ve never had a bad night here! Great work guys keep it up and keep the jazz playing and the drinks flowing for when we arrive on Friday night!
Popped in for breakfast with the family, Stacey and the team are always friendly and helpful. The food was delivered to the table by Anya. It was fantastic service all round and as a hospitality leader I would always recommend this restaurant.
Had absolutely exceptional service from Gemma in Washington today. She went above and beyond to ensure our autistic son had a wonderful lunch and asked us questions throughout our visit to ensure he had a stress free time. Couldn’t rave about Gemma more 🤩 we’ll definitely be back 😃
