Loved it, pre booked with Groupon for afternoon tea. It was a shame it was so quiet, practically had the place to ourselves. But service was excellent and food plentiful and delicious we had tea with ours. Ordered a cup of coffee and another tea afterwards which we expected to pay for but when we as
Gorgeous place. I visited with for afternoon tea (Mother's Day AND her birthday) with my Mam in March. The staff are brilliant - incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is fabulous. The warmed cheese scone with tomato chutney was particularly good. The sandwiches were
High tea booked for a birthday catch up with the girls. The staff wished me a happy birthday and were so lovely and attentive. Food was nice and I'd recommend. Thank you!
Wonderful place, very classy and has amazing views to the sea. Afternoon tea was delicious and staff very welcoming and friendly.
Lovely atmosphere, and setting. Staff friendly and attentive. Food fresh, and tasty. Nice presentation. My only criticism is that the sandwich tray was not the best. 2 small triangle sandwiches in a normal cut loaf slice, one very small wrap, literally about one inch. Fillings were just so ordinary.
Afternoon tea is very tasty and the service is excellent
Lovely atmosphere service very good staff were excellent. Afternoon tea was gorgeous.
Booked an afternoon tea through Groupon and it did not disappoint. I was sceptical at first after seeing very mixed and inconsistent reviews. However the scones were excellent, sandwiches were average but overall a great deal. Staff were friendly too
My friend and I visit most weeks for tea/coffee and food. Always lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. I had afternoon tea there with my daughter this week and it did not disappoint! Rosalie was as lovely as ever and couldn’t have done anymore to make our afternoon.
A very pleasant afternoon tea with attentive but not intrusive service. The tea pot was topped up regularly, and as one guest was unable to be there their tea treats were beautifully packed up to take to them. Thankyou.
This was to be my first time in the joint, having played with my band Boys of Brass several years back in the adjoining popular hotel. Once again, another wedding gig was on the cards. It's quite a nice looking venue. There's plenty of room and seating, and I think (it was dark) maybe decent views t
Visited on a Saturday lunchtime - 2 adults and 3 children under 5. The staff were very friendly and took our order quickly. As I was cutting up my one year old’s meal, the plate tipped and ended up on the floor - I started to clean up but the staff came over quickly and brushed it up and came back w
Went for afternoon tea and was served by Benji the waiter and Andrea the manager. The quality and service was excellent and we were especially looked after by Benji for whom nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel very welcome and made our visit really enjoyable. He is a credit to your team. T
