Toby Carvery Cleadon Village - Sunderland - Photo album

My daughter and myself have just enjoyed a Canvey as always. Would have given food 5 stars but the gammon on this occasion was a little bit salty for my liking, I have had gammon on previous visits to this Toby Canvey that was perfect for me so I would still recommend it.
The service in this Toby Carvery gets 5 stars! They serve breakfast until 11 and we turned up at 10:57 ! The staff was very accommodating and welcoming and made sure we got the breakfast that we wanted. They offered refills before they cleared out the breakfast area to serve lunch. Felt very welcome
Lovely place, service is excellent with welcoming staff. Food was really nice the only down side with the carvery is no gluten free options for gravy, yorkshires or stuffing. So always have to go without. I always find the cauliflower a little hard for my liking, rest of the vegetables always tasty.
I would like to thank Carl at the desk for his fantastic service. We haven't been to Cleadon village branch for many years and did not know there were different levels. I was with two elderly ladies both with walking sticks. Carl immediately sought to get us a more appropriate table with better acce
Easy parking, with number plate recognition. The carvery experience was as good as the last time we visited, 6 months ago. I was a bit disappointed that lamb wasn't available, but the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding was good. There was a vast range of vegetables. Afterwards, there were good looki
2 course meal. Great value. Meat was a decent portion, veg all good. Pudding huge. Sticky toffee pudding and ice cream.
First time for a lot of years I have visited this Toby using 25% off offer Alas didn’t read small print about minimum spending of £10 My meal was £9.25 and did have an alcoholic drink taking it over £20 but drink doesn’t count staff was very helpful suggesting I had an ice cream taking it over that
Couldn't ask for more. I booked on the app with disability instruction. This was adhered to perfectly. Food was delicious as always
The best carvery I have had for a long time. Excellent selection of meats and vegetables all beautifully cooked. Service exceptional.
It has been a looonnng time since we where in here, it used to be nicknamed the Posh Britt. Totally changed now, just a small bar to get served if you're just having a drink but still with a bar sitting area as you go in.
