We dined here initially we received great welcome and service but unfortunately that member of staff was finishing her shift Our main meal was enjoyable but waited at least 20/25 minutes after we finished our mains before the table was cleared and asking for our desserts after having to go to the ba
We'd been a couple of times before and weren't impressed. But we decided to try again and really pleased we did. Food was great, good portions and much nicer than I remembered. Unlimited salad is a bonus and yes we will be back. Actually very pleased we gave the place another try.
Popped in for breakfast at 9.30am. We were greeted immediately and staff, 2 ladies, were very attentive. Food was served quickly and a great selection of items. All served nice and hot. Great start to our Bank Holiday Monday. Our grandaughter visits often. Thanks
Good friendly service, had the ribeye steak cooked to perfection and tasted geat
Nice and clean. Food was well worth the price. Only issue was the salt containers. Had to go walking around the venue looking for one that worked
Had a lovely meal at Harvester this evening and our server Alisha was fantastic. Very attentive and went out of her way to make she we were happy and comfortable. She is a fantastic asset to the Harvester team there. Every time we go, we are always placed with a fantastic sever and the food is alway
Enjoyed a beautiful lunch at The Harvester in Ryhope. Food was lovely, good quality and good sized portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a disabled friend in our group, the staff were very caring and supportive. Good eatery for all , definitely recommend.
Were there for lunch, quite fast service, decent food with a focus on chicken. Note: for the soft play area, reservation is required. Kids cannot just go there when eating in the normal restaurant
We had a 3 course lunch for two and it was superb. Nachos, chicken then treacle sponge. Tomato and basil soup, chicken then ice cream sundae. Go easy on the salad bar while you wait or you’ll never finish your dessert.
Took my wife and 2 year old son for his birthday treat as it was his day and the staff are brilliant and very welcoming I would come here again with my daughter aswel for a family meal top marks
An excellent example of the chain Friendly and attentive staff. Main courses very good and generous portions. Well worth another trip.
Great food, staff, establishment and atmosphere. Prices are reasonable too. One of my favourite places to go for food on a weekend...or a weekday if we can fit it in 😜
Visited here with our three grandchildren Great service and nice food, kids loved the make you're own ice cream sundae Then an hour in the kids play area Overall very nice day, and we'll definitely be returning
I had a birthday voucher but when I applied it to the bill the bill went up from £72 to £79, this is because we ordered from the 2 meals £15.99, and the voucher didn’t work on that, this wasn’t highlighted prior to ordering
Had a nice meal here with family & friends. Food was very good & a great choice. Will definately go again. All our party said they enjoyed it.
Nice pub, well located for buses for those of us who do not drive. We went for a Christmas meal and all was served promptly - the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the nut roast I ordered was so tough that I had to leave a large chunk of it as it was impossible to cut t
