Every so often a little gem is cut in Sunderland. This is one of those jewels. Fresh, healthy, wholesome food at a very reasonable price. I can’t rate this place highly enough, an absolute must if you are a foodie!
First time here today, food was truly amazing! Healthy but tasty, the food was all so fresh. Better than Marks & Spencer! I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Finally made it to see Mike & Zoe at TUTK & to say it was great is an understatement!!
I had the Moroccan spiced beef skewer with TUTK slaw amazing, juicy, flavourful and a massive portion.
Connor had the lamb belly and it must have been good I never even got a taste!!
The other kids had sandwiches and a salad box also really good as polished off without even a taste for me��
Also amazing coffee full of flavour and roasted just right.
I will be back next time I'm down ��

Amazing food, such a variety of tasty treats in the lunchtime meal boxes! Very reasonably priced considering the quality and made fresh to order, 5 stars without a doubt!
Visited yesterday with my mum. I got the fishcake in a brioche bun which was amazing and my mum got the pork with black pudding, equally lovely. The lady behind the counter was welcoming and so knowledgeable on all of the ingredients in the food. Will definitely be back �

Fantastic food. Great staff and service. Advisable to phone a preorder in.. Chicken Taco box was beautiful...as was the Cajun Tuna and Thai minced pork... highly recommended

Living here for many years , decided to pop in here , Tuna with salad ,and I can honestly say , is delicious, so much too , I halved this for later , and I will surely be back very soon , service was excellent, very pleasant and helpful ,full marks in my rating ,I wished I tried it sooner ,but 1 very happy customer here !
Love your place..always fresh vibrant and tasty food. Cakes to die for and beautiful sour dough breads. A must visit place. Zoe is lovely and always up for a chat.

My favourite place for lunch in North East ! Really healthy gorgeous food , full of taste and variety ! Owners are absolutely lovely . Oooohhhh and the bread!!!!!! Slow roast pork belly with greens and sweet potatoes my absolute favourite !
Had the hand pressed lamb burger was beautiful ,I'm such a fussy eater and nothing is to much trouble ,good size portions really value for money
