Food was good beef was a little chewy but nice the turkey was the best ive ever has so moist and juicy
Excellent service today...it was my daughters 15th birthday today and Josey (If I remember her name right) was brilliant.She put the tables together for 15 people put some birthday decorations on the table and even brought the birthday cake out and sang happy birthday with us all...lovely end of a l
Went for breakfast 19th Oct 2023, quiet, plenty of breakfast items, all nice and hot. Staff so very friendly, helpful and happy. Food nice as always but the friendliness of the staff make it an extra nice treat. Every member of staff was happy to serve, say hello and make our breakfast a nicer exper
Nice place with a nice atmosphere and decent food.
Food was hit and miss, some things really nice some below average. Garlic bread and halloumi fries starters along with the carvery were very nice. Chicken strips and hunters burger were a let down. The steak and ale pie crust was harder than Kevin
Good tasty meats on carvery, green beans and potatoes fine, unfortunately the dried up parsnips were too hard to eat. Usual decor for Greene King, reasinable prices and 15% discount from AA with code.
Great food, great service all round great experience. staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing to fault at all
A nice clean place to eat with a fair quality carvery. There are also other items on the menu that looked appealing, good indoor and outdoor play areas for the kids. If your not sure how to get there. I would recommend the use of your sat nav.
Had tea with the mrs and the kids the afternoon. My daughters friend from school was here also. Had good fun. Good food and relaxed a lot after work. Penny our server tonight was good banter as always and works hard with a smile
Food was amazing as always. Ross behind the bar give amazing service! He Made us feel welcome as soon as we got into the pub. Great customer service from him.
Meals all delicious and good portions. Desserts lovely and good size. Carvery very nice but ran out of beef and gamon by 12.30pm.
Went here this morning for breakfast as we had seen it randomly, it is a little off the beaten track you wouldn't know it's there unless you went this way or googled it, nice place similar to the other restaurants in the chain, they do NHS discount which meant we had breakfast for under a tenner gre
