Went out as a party of 8 last night and everyone enjoyed their food. I was very impressed, good levels of spicing. If you are eating out in Sunderland this has got to be one of the best places you can choose.
Visited on spec and we were out of time for early bird however the owner automatically gave us the menus.We've visited this gorgeous restaurant a few times since it opened 3y ago. I can't understand why we haven't been going as often as this is by far one of the best Thai restaurants in the area.
We go quite often and are never failed to have a really good fresh cooked tasty Thia meal. The Chef is Thai and it is obvious that the food is locally sourced and cooked properly. If you want massed produced bought in rubbish try one of the other so called Thai restaurants in Sunderland. This resta
Unbelievably good quality Thai food. The special menu is excellent value but we chose to order from the main menu as we couldn’t resist the starters and the seafood main dish. The food was absolutely delicious and we will certainly be back again soon!

Wow we visited this restaurant while back home in Sunderland from Devon. All of our table had been to Thailand several times and if you want authentic Thai quisine then this is the place to go. Absolutely mouthwatering and delicious and they have Singha on draft 😀😀 happy days x

Great food and flavour, portions are generous, cooked with an authenticate Thai feel. Service is warm and friendly from local lad Owners Ken and Kay. Can't wait to go back 👍👍

Just had a fab meal in the Royale Thai, the food was delicious and very authentic. We had the spicy som tum salad, Seafood in chilli paste and beef with chilli and holy basil. Staff were really friendly , can't wait to go back
