Took a lovely circular walk along the marshes/estuary, great views of Southwold and beyond. Stopped for coffee and a snack at the restaurant. Service was excellent and food lovely. 11 of us came for breakfast it was very good. Plenty of choice on the menu. A very clean, spacious restaurant with large windows, giving good views over the marshes. Friendly and polite staff, clean toilets and plenty of free parking

Lovely food and good-sized portions. Service was a bit slow but there was a rush as we arrived and everything was freshly cooked, so understandable. A large open area with tables well spaced. Only one toilet, so maybe a good idea to go before you go. Plenty of parking space. Will go back on better

Sunday brunch followed by the walk, Very busy, so I would recommend booking ahead unless you are a very early bird. Staff were excellent as well as the food. We will return
