An excellent place to go in Sudbury🙂 Food and service both really good. The bill was very reasonable as well at the end.

Love this place - have eaten in and got takeaway and the food is always delicious! You get so much food on your plate for the money you pay, I always have leftovers for the following day. The restaurant itself is very nice and has a welcoming vibe, as does the staff. Highly recommended
Weekend away in Sudbury, stumbled across this place. Wow wow wow you need to try this place, such fresh food and cooked to perfection topped off with good service and friendly and welcoming staff. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

Good vegetarian / vegan selection. Vegetable moussaka was excellent. My partner enjoyed the chicken shish. Friendly efficient staff. We spoke to Lydia, who the restaurant is named for. She was lovely and informative.

Lydia’s is absolutely my favourite restaurant in Sudbury.. it’s a family run independent restaurant which serves delicious food & the service is second to none. If you love your Turkish food you will not be disappointed. X
Came here for Christmas eve, the service was great very friendly and welcoming and the food was brilliant!
Had the hot meze platter which would definitely recommend if you want to try lots of little things and also had the lamb iskender and chicken iskender again very tasty!

Pulled over and found this spot with the family after a game of football.
The service was fast and welcoming. The food was amazing, the flavour and texture of every single selection was cooked to perfection. We get Turkish food often but this has to be my best experience to date. Perhaps we will take another two hour drive back here in the near future.
Strongly recommend, even kids cleaned their plates.

We had a lovely dinner here at the weekend. Service was both friendly and efficient. The tables were nicely spread out and the background music wasn't obtrusive. The menu had a good selection and the food we had was delicious. Portion sizes were good and it was well presented. The sea bass hadn't been boned which was unusual but otherwise a lovely evening. Prices were reasonable too.
