I haven’t been to MD for years, I took my 19 month granddaughter today to Sudbury and I was really impressed. The place immaculate, even though it was busy, a lady got me a high chair and some crayons/drawing for my granddaughter. We had table service so I didn’t have to worry about taking the food and finding a table with it. The food was piping hot and I must say delicious and it was the customer service which will make me return. I feel this is going to be a regular thing now on and a massive thanks to Sudbury McDonalds staff A++++++
Yes one of the best I would say, very pleased with the fast service almost, could be a little quicker when ordering at the drive through, as work is calling plus the emissions factor just sitting there otherwise pleased 😌 👍 thumbs .
This is by far one of the friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to in the whole country. The staff here are very attentive, the restaurant area is always clean considering it's a busy place. Good atmosphere to stop off and grab a quick bite.
I've been to many McDonald's restaurants, but here I ate the tastiest sandwiches, especially the Quarter Pounder, nowhere was it so tasty. I ate in this place for about 8 months, I was here almost every day me and my husband.
Came in for breakfast, best in the area. Staff were polite, friendly & service with a smile but what made it for me was a member of staff taking the time to chat to an elderly man on his own about his day.
Food isn't great but value for money. Fast service and welcoming environment to eat your food

Friendly, speedy service & it all tasted great
Hands down my favourite Mcdonalds in the area. The staff are just wonderful, so helpful and quick to help out. I tend to use the drive-thru more than anything and any queries, the manager is always happy to help and resolve my issues which have been more technical than actually anything related to the restaurant.
None of the typical non-working ice cream machine issues when I have attended either which is a definite bonus so they seem to have a good maintenance routine which is a reassurance
