Fantastic little pub. Looks like it’s been renovated fairly recently . Great selection of drinks especially for such a small place out of the way.

As of July 2023, new couple Andy and Mel now run the pub. Absolutely outstanding food - everything is made from scratch and is delicious and very reasonably priced. We thought we would try the Sunday Roast at The White Horse as it is under new management with Mel and Andy. We weren't disappointed! The roast pork was delicous and the cauliflower cheese sublime. Our friends had the beef and were equally impressed. We will definately be going back.

The food was seriously outstanding A1+. One of the best meals out I've had in a while. Chips and onion rings were cooked to perfection. The blue vinney sauce was divine and I could almost have drank it. I highly recommend this place.
