The welcome, service, food and presentation were all of the very best. We had dinner here last time and this was a lunch visit. Our friends were obliged to bring their very difficult and antisocial dog. Nothing was too much trouble with the staff. . Everything was very good indeed
We just had the loveliest meal and service at this most beautiful little pub/ restaurant. Everything was 10/10. They also made my little boy so incredibly welcome. We came away wishing we had a golden fox in our home town. Thank you for an incredible experience 🫶
We have eaten at the Golden Fox about a dozen times so far over the course of about a year. On each occasion the food has been either very good or excellent. The service is always top rate. We recommend it to all our friends and family. We'll keep coming back!
We popped in for lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent. I had the halloumi and roasted veg. Beautiful cooked and a delicious tomato sauce. It is also nice to find a low carb meal.
My husband had the lamb shank and that was so tender and tasty.

We had lunch today at the Golden Fox after looking for somewhere to eat on our way through to Poole, an absolutely amazing experience! One of our country pubs of choice. Always a warm welcome, they always make you feel welcome.(typical small country pub feeling). Never had a bad meal or poor service, highly recommended.
Last minute decision to pop in for lunch and very glad we did. Exceptional food and service. Will definitely be coming back.

We visited for lunch on the 18 March 2022 after seeing a review in the Bournemouth Echo and was not disappointed. Staff where very attentive. We both had the sea bass which came with plenty of vegetables. Also there was a good selection of real ales which went down well.
We will be coming back.
