We came for my daughters birthday, it was just so lovely from the second we walked through the door. We were greeted and sat immediately with a smile. The service was very fast. The food was incredible and loads of the staff came out to sing for her wirh her cake. They made her birthday meal so special for her. Thank you
This was our first visit in quite a few years, Bernadette our server was just phenomenal, she made our visit very enjoyable, the salad bar bowl, amazing! The steak, cooked to perfection, what we also liked was that the main course was not piled high with extras what was there was a perfect amount to complement the steak, we were out for my birthday and Bernie went out of her way to get staff to sing happy birthday to me when bringing out my sweet a lovely touch to a wonderful lunch, there isn’t really any negatives the only thing I would say is I noticed that certain items, rotisserie chicken and serlion steak had run out, thus could have been because it was very busy but as a high end restaurant stock should be available but I have to say I cannot fault anything amazing birthday lunch thank you and Bernie, she was amazing too
Food was lovely.
Kids get a free dessert when ordering off the children's menu they also get a little pack of activities to do whilst waiting, nice little touch for them.
The lady who served our group was friendly and provided service with a smile.
Michelle was wonderful. Happy, jolly, funny, (had my mum laughing with her “woo woo”) and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
It was so pleasant to have been served with that kind of service when it’s very hard these days to get even a smile.
The lady with the red hair was lovely too. (Trying to give us a “woo woo” lol. We were greeted at the front area pleasantly by a gentleman.
The food was superb and plenty of food at the salad bar constantly being replenished. The chefs looked busy but we didn’t wait too long for our order for our group of 9 people.
The decor is fab.

Katie & Tonii were our severs and they were absolutely wonderful! We came for my moms birthday and they kept our cake a surprise, bringing the cake out and even singing happy birthday to her! They were so welcoming and kind and made our visit special! We will definitely be coming back thanks to them! Thank you again!

Popped in yesterday for some lunch whilst getting some emails done. Lovely atmosphere for working during the day. Alyssa served us and was really welcoming and friendly. We ordered burgers which were cooked by Cam in the kitchen they were so tasty. The three course lunch special was great value

Lovely meal and our lunchtime was made special by a really professional staff member (Lilly) who was attentive to our needs and made us feel valued. It felt really good to receive such a warm welcome and patience towards our elderly relatives. A big thank you Lilly!

The Dog is situated in good location, easy to find and accessible. Nice size car park with disabled parking and accessibility to the venue. We were met promptly and had our booking checked and led to our table. The venue is clean and tidy, with a good layout.
When we were seated our server, Alyssa, came and took our drink orders in a timely fashion, with the drinks arriving promptly.
After giving us time to go through the menu our food order was taken and plates were bought for salad bar use.
In no time at all our meals arrived with each member happy with size of portions and presentation. All meats on my combo were cooked excellently along with the accompanying sides.
Allyssa checked everything was OK when we had a good chance to taste the meals and did not over bother us.
Upon conclusion of the meals the plates were cleared away promptly and dessert menu offered, for once I did not partake as my chosen meal had filled the gap sufficiently.
The bill was requested and again Alyssa acted promptly getting sorted in timely fashion.
Alyssa was a pleasant and polite server and a credit to Harvester.
We left happy with all that we encountered and will happily visit again.
Had a lovely time here with my family. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious as always.
Four of us visited on Friday evening as a belated birthday celebration.
The service was excellent, we felt welcomed and all staff were very friendly.
A special mention for Kaci who looked after us very well, minor adjustments to the standard menu were not an issue and the food arrived exactly as requested.

Our server Alyssa was brilliant. She knew her job and did it well.
The food was good not great but good. My wife's waffle was very dry and hard and chips were cool when arrived. But my chicken was very good. We didn't complain. The crumble and custard was hot and tasty.
Family meal for six people, service was very attentive and totally accurate throughout, showing a real understanding of our needs as an intergenerational group. The atmosphere was perfect, even though busy it was not overwhelming and the noise of other dinners was a pleasant hum of enjoyment, it was just right. The food was also great, salad bar well stocked and with nice variety, all ordered meals and deserts were spot on, not a single complaint about the food quality. Unfortunately we did have one issue, a small piece of plastic was found in one meal. I do need to say though that the staff could not have dealt with it better for us, it was an unfortunate very minor thing that could have happened by accident in any busy kitchen, it certainly didn't spoil our enjoyment at all, as efficient and very decisive management of the issue left us very reassured. Will definitely return again soon and would thank all the staff for making it a fun and enjoyable evening.
