The rose in paganhill is one place you can laugh and joke, great landlady who along with her regular customers have loads of banter, I have some great friends there, there's people who go there from all different directions. Never have

Fabulous Jubilee celebration. Fantastic customers and staff. We were just visiting and were made very welcome. Excellent Bon Jovi singer, who also sung a wide variety of other songs from all the decades.
Went for a private party in the back. Staff friendly.
We had a wonderful time in the Lake District. The only issue I have is the use of the club house was not available to us due to Thay were holding a owner's night we were offered the use of the shop and a member of staff would get our order

Fabulous Landlord, family and staff. Proper pub banter. Regulars very welcoming. Not eaten there so can't comment. Highly recommended.
Clean...safe..plenty of sanitizer available...tables cleaned between customers.
