We were a party of 8 celebrating a diamond wedding anniversary. We all ordered roast dinners and they were excellent. Puddings were amazing and service was spot on.
Will definitely be eating here again.
It’s a place for a nice meal, it feels more like a restaurant. If it’s some family occasion I would choose this pub! In fact I am going to book it for my upcoming birthday)). Cosy village pub. Seems to do good business, giving it a good atmosphere. Great food - mix of homecooked style with a bit of flair for presentation, but not to the extent of some pubs where it's all style no substance. Really nice Sunday lunch. Roast pork and all the trimmings - very tasty and a lovely Biscoff cheesecake for dessert. The only disappointment was the roast potatoes seemed to be Aunt Bessie's or something similar, not as good as the real thing. Very good service in a welcoming atmosphere. Would recom

Great service, even though the kitchen was closing, they served us a great meal. Fish and chips is amazing, as is the scampi risotto!
We came to the Ram Inn on a Thursday after watching some local fireworks and it’s everything you could want from a pub. Great beer selection and quality, great service and amazing food. Lamb shank was to die for. Can’t recommend this place enough. A proper pub.
