Lovely pub, food was great. Atmosphere and location were just what was needed for a night out. Covid safe set up was well thought out and professionally executed. Will definitely return. First class ploughman's the Ham, brie and chibatta, and pickle were artisan quality.
We were greeted by a friendly lady who served us with a smile and as we were unfamiliar with the beautiful village put us at ease. The Sunday lunch was delicious and even though we only ordered a small meal it was still more than enough. Will definitely return in the summer. Thankyou
Beautifully situated, friendly staff, lovely meal & great value for money. Worth a visit
First time visit for a vintage bike rally. What a great pub with a good variety of ciders and beers. We didn't try the food but the menu looks great with good prices, very welcoming Happy staff. The location has stunning views, so perfect for a fine summers day.
A nice countryside pub with a lovely garden that had plenty of seating and a fantastic view across the Chalford valley and in to the distance. Good range of drinks and the food was fairly good home cooked fodder quite a lot of which was vegetarian. Good staff and friendly atmosphere. Dogs welcome wh

We’ve only been here in the garden a couple of times but their fries are the best!! Crispy outside and fluffy inside. Yum! Enjoyed my gin and tonic, too)). And the staff are always warm and friendly! In summer there were bands playing live and the garden always seemed to be full.
Great pub set in a fantastic location with a beautiful garden. Great customers who are warm and welcoming to all who visit. Taken over in the last year 2019, by a great family who know exactly how to treat their customers and always go above and beyond to make you feel totally comfortable and cater
Great pub! Very pleasant and friendly staff and customers offering advice on local attractions. The beer was good and there is a varied choice - I'd give the Uley Pale a try - and a good menu of food to choose from. The meals themselves were very good and plentiful. The pub is nice and airy, there i
Really nice atmosphere, great staff, good selection of beers and although the menu was reduced the quality of food was excellent.
