Have been going to the Rajdoot for years, our takeaway this week was absolutely delicious! We had a range of vegetarian curries, rice and side dishes and all of it tasted unique. Excellent service, Babu is always friendly and helpful. Thank you! The best Indian restaurant in town.
Very enjoyable pre-movie dinner for two. The recommended dishes were delicious, service was perfect and food came quickly. Also not too busy on Sunday evening. Definitely will go again for a longer dinner!
Let's be honest here, Rajdoot is the longest serving Indian in stroud, there is a reason for that.

Very good, friendly service and good food. A solid choice for a late-evening meal when travelling with 11 teenagers and 6 adults on a cricket tour.
The food here tastes amazing. It's more expensive than a lot of other Indian restaurants, but it really is worth paying the extra if you can afford to. It's probably a good thing they don't deliver where I live otherwise I'd be ordering every week.

Decently refurbished, the Rajdoot décor is now light, airy and very modern. It is quite a transformation. There is now an upstairs restaurant that can be booked for functions. The menu has been extended and they now offer a wide variety of dishes catering for every possible taste. Having visited the
Lovely place, staff are friendly and helpful, the only gluten-free and dairy free option I could be sure of was steak and chips. There is one step up to the door and the restaurant is on a steep hill with limited parking, so it is probably best to wall there.
A very popular restaurant which I'd happily go back to. The service was good and the food was great.
My partner and I popped in without booking luckily there was a table free for us to be able to dine.
