Delicious ice cream and wonderful location. Highly recommend hiking up from the Stroud town too as the views are remarkable.

This place has the best ice cream (in my opinion) fantastic, friendly service and a great view whilst you're enjoying your ice cream. Always visit when I'm up on the common, regardless of the time of year. It's never too cold for a Winstone's ice cream!

Been eating Winstones Icecream since i was a child. I am now over 70 and even though it tasted nice and smooth, I personally think that they have changed the recipe for the Vanilla Icecream over the years, but there again it might just be my taste buds. Won't stop me eating Winstones ever time i m

Good variety of ice creams to choose from, including dairy free. Choice of cones too or a tub. Delicious blackberries and cream. The union jack looked interesting. Beautiful spot to sit and enjoy it too.

Don't let the long queue on a sunny day put you off. The staff get through it quickly and the wait is worth it. Always a great selection of tasty ice cream. I think we have tried all the flavours now and my personal recommendation is the mint choc chip.

Great ice cream still being sold for over 4 generations. My parents, myself, my children, now my grandchildren. Right on the edge of the common, great place for a picnic with the family and the dog.

Lovely ice cream in a beautiful location. They have a number of different flavours which taste really good. They also do Frozzy frozen yogurt for dogs. Perfect as a start, stop off, or end to a walk on the common. There is a car park, and also parking available in the common.
