Just had an excellent meal for 3. Full menu, as well Sunday roast on offer. Service friendly and quick, food delicious. Very popular, had to book on Monday for 2 Sundays ahead. Well worth it.
We visited Edgemoor on a weekday evening, so there wasn't much crowd. We were looking for a place to have dinner after a drive around Cotswolds. The food here was lovely and the decor and service was good. My wife wanted to replace Chips with salad, and they obliged without a fuss.

I had sea bass with asparagus and fried potatoes. It was delicious, the fish was so fresh.
Good here is magnificent, never had a bad meal here.
I chose a vegetarian option because it was a hot day and I didn't want anything heavy.
I had, cauliflower cheese and caramelised onion quiche, it was delightful and after I had orange and almond cake with vegan mango ice cream, very yummy.

The food here is incredible. I don't normally go for burgers but theirs looked amazing and it did not disappoint! The baked cheesecake was also delicious. Service was very good and friendly too.
Food was very nice and the service was very good considering there was nearly 20 of us for a family birthday meal last night.

Amazing lunch enjoyed today with excellent service and fantastic dietary requirement knowledge. Cannot recommend enough. The vista was definitely an added bonus.
I didn’t realise places like this still existed in the uk! A generous place that still gives you little chocolates with your coffee & lemon in your water. The food is well thought out and beautifully made with quality ingredients and yet it’s all really reasonably priced. I hope they never change it

Week day dinner date. Lovely setting, lovely welcome. Dietary needs met with out fuss, even though it was an odd request. Thank you for that! Highly recommend Sea Bass with asparagus and tomatoes, Bass was just beautiful, asparagus cooked perfectly. Lambs liver and bacon also went down a treat
We called in midweek for a family lunch. A table was swiftly found and drinks provided. The service was very efficient and the food excellent. The views of the countryside around Painswick add to the experience.
