6 of us Went yesterday for my 'free' birthday meal under the assumption that I would have to choose from a set menu. WOW no any main meal for free. That was awesome point number 1. Awesome point number 2 was that the staff were fantastic polite efficient and checking everything was ok and let us know how long until next courses. Plenty of parking. Great food and atmosphere. Can't wait to come back. Thanks everyone
We have been here a few times in the last couple of months. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. We have tried several different dishes from the menu and enjoyed all of them.
Tonight we had a lovely surprise, a Christmas promotion envelope we had been given, was opened and revealed our meals were free. Thank you Coast 2 Coast, we will definitely be coming back
My experience was good we arrived early so a friendly lady said have a drink so we did and came a got us at the right time for our meal thought service and food was good

Fantastic food. My son is a little odd about food, the waiter was amazing, got his pizza made without tomato sauce. Then when my son curled his nose up at it ( usual stressful response from him) the waiter had a joke with him about the pizza.
Think this was one of the best meals out, we have managed as a family.
I really want the guy to know, just what a massive difference his attitude made to our meal out x

Quite shocked at how bad the reviews are, we got a table for 12 with 2 days notice. Great food and really friendly staff! x
We have been to C2C before and we really enjoy it. The food suits the family and the service is fantastic. Tonight we had a little issue with slightly overcooked chicken, but our waiter couldn't have done more if he tried! He was incredibly friendly and genuinely a nice guy-a credit to the company! Tom N, a top guy! ��
Went here for my birthday meal. Was debating wether to go for a meal or not as our recent experiences at other places bent been so great. So glad I made the choice to go! Was made to feel so special and had the best evening ever. Fast food service, amazing waitress and extremely yummy food! Definitely marked the occasion so happy!
Food was nice, reasonable amount. Where it lets itself down is the pricing. Too expensive, but the wait staff we had was very good, she had a laugh with us, which is always in my book a credit to the restaurant.
Kitschy American diner style chain with above average food. The menu is what you would expect with burgers, steaks, and wings etc but a cut above the usual pub grub deep fried and reheated standard. A happy atmosphere and good service. There is even a bit if a view of the Medway. The location isn't great being stuck in the middle of nowhere at a leisure park outside of Rochester but we were stuck at the hotel there and this was a pleasant surprise.
Decided to pop in before the lunch rush began and we were really impressed with how well appointed the restaurant is. The booths and tables are well laid out and you can tell in the evenings it must have a nice atmosphere. Also got to have a fun chat with our server Debbie who was interested in our random onion rings travels. Even though they aren't made from scratch the beer battered rings are some of the better that we've tried, with a noticeable tang of flavour. I would have preferred them with more crunch and less blond since floppy rings can be depressing. This is the first place I've ever seen to serve onion rings with BBQ sauce, which was kind of fun. I did have a nice crisp Chardonnay but it was a bit too early in the day for a second glass, sadly!
Great service and lovely food. Had the fish gumbo which was delicious and for dessert we had the oreo cookie cheesecake and key lime pie. Yum yum

We love the place. Came here bank holiday weather was great and we dined outside. Charlie looked after us and the food was great. Big portions and great looking good. We had to have deserts too and they topped it off perfectly. Good job guys
Lovely menu. Delicious Gumbo. Normally impossible to find in the UK, but this was made really well.
Great decor. Especially liked the curved seating booths.
Try to get an outside table in good weather, for superb river views.
Great place to eat, the decor is really authentic and the food was very tasty.
When we asked about allergens and Gluten intolerance we where given a special menu that details all the issues and allergies in every meal so we could peruse at our leisure.
The Mac Cheese side order was very good and I expect I'll be having that again
Great service and very polite staff. Brittany in particular was outstanding. Constantly asking us how everything is and if she could help us out in anyway. Just a smile and the checking up on the customers goes along way:) I came out for dinner with my parents for a nice family treat and definitely would return with the service received!! Couldn’t give her a bigger thank you, hopefully she gets this recognition from today :).
Lovely setting the staff were very friendly and enjoyed a good laugh. Danni served us and very helpful and friendly- general manager ☀️ Sunny showed us his bush it was nicely trimmed and made the night so special- we must return for the mighty bush and banter! Thanks for making birthday memorable
