This was our first time going to New Shad and it was absolutely brilliant. The food was absolutely delicious and we couldn’t stop complimenting how each dish had its own unique flavour. The portions are quite big so we ordered more than enough.

Had a wonderful take away from the new shad. Would definitely order again. Curry was delicious, they did forget our bread but quickly got it to us with extras. Great customer service and food. Have had a lot of bad takeaways in Medway but food was spot on from new shad. Thank you

Went last night for my partner's birthday, we had a great time. The food was excellent, good portion sizes, got to try some new dishes. The gentleman who served us was engaging and good to chat with. We will be back.
Nice place, great staff. Food was good at a reasonable price. The interior isn't the best but the good service and food makes up for it. Was very busy even for the early evening on a Tuesday night.
The main negative is the parking, on a busy road it's hard to find.
