Called here before the Rugby League Grand Final on 14th Octber. Good selection of lagers in particular. Bar well staffed.

It's been refurbished so looks a bit more up to date. It's my local for of locals and a great place to watch the football. Also has more quality live bands on now and still a DJ at weekends.

Top pub! If cricket at OT is delayed by rain, swerve the nearby Wetherspoons and head to Gorse Hill. Sweet!!
Never been before. Friendly group of people, made us feel welcome. Met landlord and his daughter, very nice. Will be going again
