The service by Lucyna was beyond amazing! Her friendliness literally made my day! I hope other restaurants start hiring people like her. Out of words! :)

I came to this restaurant with my girlfriend and we got served and lead to a table by a very very friendly woman . This woman topped off our experience at this this exquisite restaurant. Fast service food was outstanding especially the pudding and the atmosphere was calm and collected and brought us a good vibe at our time here will be coming again in the future hope to see you soon .

Visited the one in Denton a couple of weeks back and had the half rack of ribs and it was delicious! Tonight we thought we'd try the full rack at printworks before we went to the theatre and it did not disappoint! The meat just falls off the ribs, the corn cob was coated in a garlic butter or something and the skin on fries were perfect and crunchy yet fluffy on the inside! Big thanks to our waitress Honey, what a thoroughly lovely young lady! You are a credit to the place! Chatty, friendly, smiling and polite! We'd definitely return!

Me and my girlfriend ate here today and we were served by Lucyna. She gave us the best service and really made our experience feel special. She thought of absolutely everything for us, I said this to her and she said "I want to serve you the way I'd wish to be served!" Absolutely fantastic experience, we'll definitely be back!

Amazing waiters, food was very tasty, and the atmosphere very nice and interesting. Would recommend.

(This review is based on an experience I had on the 30th of May, 2023.) My friend and I had around twenty minutes to kill before our movie at Vue began, so we thought we’d get something to eat. I’d never been to Frankie & Benny’s before, so it looked like an opportunity to try something new. I must say I wasn’t disappointed. (For the food, I’ll only be covering my side of the order.) The place was hygienic and organised. I believe the music fitted the American theme quite well. The colour-scheme was well co-ordinated in my opinion, and I’d definitely say the seats were comfortable. The ambiance/vibe was pleasant and inviting. We were served by a wonderful waitress, whose name, if I remember correctly, was Jordanne. She was really affable and attentive, which made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. She’s a role model for hospitality, I’d say. We didn’t feel rushed to order our food, all of our order was served accurately and prepared relatively quickly. Neither of us had any complaints, and I now really wish I'd tipped her. I ordered sweet-potato fries and a BBQ pizza. And if I were only allowed to describe it in a single word, I’d choose this one: impeccable. Presentation wise, it’s what you’d expect: nothing untoward and rather neat. The pizza was already sliced, which is always a massive bonus, because it just makes eating more convenient. Both portions were also fairly reasonable for what you paid for, I’d say. The temperature certainly would’ve appeased Goldilocks, that’s for sure, which I find is seldom the case when dealing with pizza. It’s usually just piping hot, and I find that you have to either wait for it to cool down or intensely blow on your slice. However, the heat of this pizza was at a sweet spot where you could dig in immediately and not feel punished for it. This held true for the sweet-potato fries as well. Contextually speaking, that was even better for us, since we were in a race against the clock to be in our seats. As for the taste, it was absolutely delectable. I’d definitely get the BBQ pizza again. I had zero faults with it. The BBQ base, the chicken, the mozzarella, all of it just seemed to have the perfect balance of flavour, and the crust was beautifully doughy. I found the sweet-potato fries to have a great texture, with a crunchy exterior and fluffy interior, and they contained the great blend of sweet and savoury that makes them such a treat to eat. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I’d recommend this to anyone who may want to try something new. I know I’ll likely be returning in the foreseeable future. So friendly and a Great atmosphere and super fast service.

Had the ultimate ribs - amazing, meat falling off the bone. Service was good. Will definitely go back.
