Always efficient and friendly here. Coffee is still my favourite over other high street coffee stores. Tastes like more authentic Italian coffee. Attached to the Hilton Garden Inn Old Trafford Cricket Ground and accessible through reception as well as from outside en route form the tram stop to Old Trafford Football Stadium.

Really pleasant vibe to this Nero. Service is always excellent, really good food and drink selection, lovely areas to sit and chill. Updated: More recently (Dec 2023) they seem to run out of sandwiches a lot quicker than they used to

Nero is the best of the chain coffee shops and this is a great example. Really nice interior and incredibly light and airy. Loads of sockets for your laptop too.

Friendly staff in one of the best Caffe Nero's I've ever been in. A very modern and fresh interior with big windows and plenty of seating options.

A branch of the popular coffee bar chain Cafe Nero. The shop can be accessed from the street or from inside Lancashire CCC, Old Trafford ground. Sells all the different types of coffees alongside teas and other hot and cold drinks. A good range of sandwiches, cakes, buns, buscuits and pastries. Great place to get a coffee if you are watching the cricket, although it does get busy in the intervals.

Decided to give this ago. Luxury hot chocolate was nice but small glass for £4.00. Luckily had 25% off with meerkat. But still £3 was expensive for what I got. Son enjoyed his chai latte. Hence 4 stars. Will try normal hot chocolate next. Parking not so great there.

Great location, airy and light. Coffee excellent as usual. Only criticism is that the chairs are worn and tired

The interior and layout of the shop is lovely and cosy, and the waitress was so lovely and helpful, offered to put our drink in a to go cup when she noticed we had to rush off and didn’t have time to finish our drinks. Very nice lady, made the whole experience even more nice.

Shop is fab coffee great most staff lovely but one needs to activily listen to her customers orders as she makes her own orders up 🤣and trys to charge extra so you have to be on the ball or it could be wrong order or overpayments
