Food was excellent. Along with the decor and service!! Jack and Illia took great care of us while we were there. We can’t wait to go back!! Ask for Jack, he’s the best!!! Make sure to walk around the building as it’s not on the main street.
Really enjoyed the restaurant great service lovely decor, most of the food was good just a few things not quite right, crispy lamb not crispy, terrible mash potato but must was good, delicious suet pie and the desserts were great
We had a fantastic 3-course Sunday lunch at Langbourns! They have a very well priced menu and the quality is definitely there. The service is also impeccable. Give it a try for a business lunch or a lazy Sunday roast like we did. You won’t regret it!
I went for lunch on a Saturday and the food was incredible and the service was excellent. A big shout out to Sandesh for knowing what's on the menu and recommending an amazing main dish, which I am still thinking about. Atmosphere was fantastic for a catch up with my aunt. Overall amazing.
I had seafood meal here. Great place for seafood. I had the prawn cocktail starter and Scottish salmon main. It was all done well. I don't know how people find these sorts of restaurants cause it's not on the main road. It's hidden away behind buildings. The ambience was great. It wasn't overcrowded
Sadly, will be closed from 17th October 2022. Lunch service was buzzing, classic prawn cocktail followed by perfectly cooked salmon. The truffle cake was gorgeous. Great team & I hope they felt inspired by all the happy diners today, 13th October 22.
I went there last Saturday with my friend, improvising and looking for the best-value oysters in London. We tried their oysters cooked in 6 different styles and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality and good value for money. Will visit again with my other friend on Thursday to try oysters
Best fish & chips in town, period!
I used to work around here, and back after 3 years, good to see that they have the same quality since then. Super light and crispy fish batter, juicy and flaky fish. Double fried chips were fab.
