Well stocked clean and pleasant shop of discount and shorter dated products…helpful and friendly staff and friendly customer service…they make lovely drinks there too with some seating available (limited)…worth a visit for some treats!
Love their chocolates and I have a velvitiser but not much choice of flavours here, did not try the takeaway hot drinks but nice idea

If you love HC then the outlet shop is a great place to visit. There is always something on offer so you can stock up and wallow in lovely tasting chocolate for days!

This shop has a "cafe" which is great! Loads of chocolatey choices on hot drinks, coffee is good! And plenty of deals to be had.
Got a few great deals here, recently got a velveticer and it's great and no better than to stock up here.
Chocolate. Would've been 5* but not free sample and very short sell by dates on items so unable to get Xmas presents yet.
The only trouble is once you get someone chocolate from here, they'll think you're cheap if you get anything else. Nice. Good service
