Love this place, staff friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make garlic mushrooms as a starter for me. The Venison and Haggis pie was out of this world (best pie I have ever had). It was so tasty and tender. We didn't try the desserts as we were so full. Will definitely return@
With our old-timer club we stopped here for lunch. Service was excellent and super friendly. They had great local specialties. I chose fish ‘n chips because I had none since my arrival in Scotland. Pricing was fair, highly recommend this restaurant.
This place is a family owned restaurant and serviced by family members. The food we ordered was amazing!! Fulfilling and flavourful! They are friendly with customers too! Not like you are just a guest. Spacious restaurant. Serves breakfast til 12nn. I love the dessert!
The food was delicious. We had gravd lax and venison sausage. Would love to go back. The gift shop next door was a beautiful treat!
Decent food. One of the only places to eat in the area. Service was amazing and very quick. Chips were really good, as were the haggis balls. Fish from the fish and chips was a bit soggy and oily but otherwise everything else was perfect.
Simply one of the best eating experiences in the Highlands. I visited with my parents last summer and it was such a lovely time. The food was amazing, the service was great, funny and welcoming and the surroundings are breath taking. The food was so good, I didn't get any pictures of my mains but th
Food was delicious 😋 nice friendly staff and a lovely selection of whiskeys. Plenty parking too as we were in our motorhome.
My family came as a party of 8 and really enjoyed our meal. It had a very quiet and lovely atmosphere. Right away our little guys, ages 3 and 5, were taken care of before anyone else. Greatly appreciated! The food was delicious and the owners were very relaxed and friendly. The chef came out to make
Stopped here on the way to Isle of Skye and it was fantastic. Great food all fresh and locally sourced. I had a platter of cold smoked salmon trout and herring with simple salad and great dressing - perfect. Soup was also tasty and coffee excellent. Whole lunch under GBP30. Great choice of local
Always trust past reviews. Couldn't book as website said it was too late. Restaurant allowed us to dine despite having half an hour left until closing time. Plentiful parking space. Spectacled man served us with much warmth. Kindly explained the menu and answered queries on travels around the area.
Great convenient stop on your way to exploring Scotland’s spectacular northwest. Very clean, friendly staff, good food (yes, the scones are a hit). A delight to meet people who take great pride in their work.
Absolutely beautiful setting and very good tasty food! The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Even the chef came out to us who was amazing and knew her stuff! The waitress was friendly and efficient and knew her stuff on Sherry and whisky along with the owner who was also very friendly.
Probably the best restaurant we’ve been during our trip, it was very good. That, and people there are so so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place ! 🙏🏻
Sat outside at one of the many tables as our pup is very nervous around people she doesn't know. But in a way that really made the visit as the weather was great, no wind or midges. Portions are cooked well and the right size - any more would be gluttony. Service was great and the staff very helpful
Stopped here for coffee during the day whilst cycling/bikepacking, lovely folk and cool place. Service was quick and had a nice Americano with oat milk.
Absolute recommendation! Beautiful place, beautiful people. I would like for John and Claire to adopt aus and feed us every day. They were also super helpful with places with to go for us on our holiday. They opened a little bit early for us when we arrived in the rain and even made special food for
I stopped by just a coffee, but what a discovery! Every nice people and good service. Finally a good cappuccino and fruit scone, unfortunately it was too early to have lunch, after looking the menu, it’s really a good option for lunch and dinner too!! They have variety of whisky, really good ones. R
Had an amazing brunch at this place which is enroute to Skyee from Beauly. Extremely courteous and passionate people about what they do. Food and service was top notch
