The staff here are amazing, so helpful and the two ladies who served me today went out of their way to help me and were so approachable as well. They really excel in their cold drinks here which are incredible.
Always enjoy my latte in Starbucks although they are getting expensive these days but no dearer than others.
The cakes are tasty, I recommend the cinnamon bun a personal favourite of mine.
The guy that served me today was friendly and made a really nice caramel latte so well pleased.

Amazing place, can be a bit busy, especially around tourist seasons. Customer service is great, even got them to spell my name with a 'Y'. Toilets can be cleaner but a lot of that is down to the customer before you keeping it clean
Staff and assistants very good in fact I would say first class. We will continue to use them for all our vacations in the UK. Thank you.

Went into the store in Stratford-upon-avon this morning for a drink on my way to work which i do visit often. The member of staff who served me was very lovely and ploite her name was Kirsty. At the time she was working alone with a few customers to serve also and she kept calm and remaind professio
Busy place but the service was quick
I had the pumpkin spiced latte and while i recognise its a really good drink, it personally wasn't for me. The staff were so sweet though and really accomadating and kind about the alkward alternatives i asked for such as oat milk and vegan whipped cream

Will, Simon and Hannah are always friendly, always remember my order and nothing is ever too much trouble! They also are doing a great job of keeping everyone socially distanced and safe while in store :)
Coffee was ok, but people behind the counter are not friendly .. what a shame :/

Been here many times. The last time I came was 22nd of march. You couldnt sit down or bring in reusable cups because of the pandemic. The girls with super friendly and chatting. The food was great and the drinks were fantastic. I cannot remember the names of the girls but I fully reccomend this sto
Lovely branch of Starbucks. I had a Caramel Macchiato and my partner had a Peppermint Mocha and both were on point. Staff were pleasant and friendly and it was clean (including toilets!). Nice one!
