Fantastic service from Hailey in the cafe, what an absolute gem, professional, kind and courteous. She made the whole experience of having a relaxing coffee with my family well worth it, I've visited twice from Wolverhampton and she's just fantastic. See you soon Hailey, thanks Jas ❤

Very good shop, enjoy going there. Neat and organised, good selection of clothes, some cosmetics and food. Value for money, no frills.
Only disappointment was the fact that fitting rooms downstairs were closed, due to lack of staff as shop assistant pointed out without mentioning that one on first f
Such a lovely location and a very nice well set out internal store, that has kept the building as fitting in with the rest of Stratford so well - and that takes a lot for this well walked home of Shakespeare
Really helpful member of staff (didn't get her name but helped update a credit note after a part purchase). The till did not want to play ball but the member of staff's patience and politeness was a credit to her and the store so well done M & S. As this was my first visit to Stratford in 20 years
Went In store yesterday. I was helped by a lovely lady called Cathy she went above and beyond to help me. She made my shopping a pleasure not a chore. She was pleasant and professional throughout the time she helped me. She is definitely a great credit to your store.
I visited the food hall, buying salad chilled soup & yoghurts. I was served very quickly by a very nice member of staff. I then had a coffee & my favourite cheese scones in Stratford! The staff were Rose , Alison and Sam, as always they were very friendly & efficient! Then I bought a pack of pants f
Don't feel they r stocking and selling appealing clothing. Food Hall appealing well stocked good selection. Would not buy pork pie with egg In from any where else. Special offers are worth buying.
Nice size; not big not small. Got everything we wanted and used a £6 off £40 voucher. Service at the till was polite and respectful. I would visit again.
A fairly large M&S store compared to my local branch. I actually only went in here to have a cup of coffee in their upstairs canteen, the service was very quick and friendly and would have no issues with going again should I be in the area.
I wandered in, as you do and left with two pairs of excellent shorts. So often in the past there has been nothing of interest, but, today, they hit the mark with excellent new season clothing.

Staff in the food hall couldn't be more helpful... I, like everybody born in the 20th/ 21st century, have precisely zero interest in the dowdy clothes at the front of the store... Everyone knows this, M&S even admit it, their answer, the corduroy trousers are now available in green, the same colour
