The waitress that served us was a pure delight I think her name was Theresa �
The food was really very nice indeed so hat off to the chef �
Place was spotless modern roomy and wonderful outside seating area up high over looking the river

We came to visit you for our first time yesterday...we had the 3 course meal and drinks outside afterwards...food was delicious and hot...staff friendly and helpful and place clean...prices are good too, for the set menu...we will be back again but next time, we're going to try something else off the menu as the ribs and fish going past us while we were drinking outside looked gorgeous!! Thanks we will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.
We had drinks in the afternoon on the terrace. Staff really friendly and helpful so decided to book table for the evening. There were 10 of us in our party and we all had various meals off the menu and can honestly say none of us had any complaints. The food was delicious and although the restaurant was busy didn't take too long considering how many of us there was. After eating we moved to the other room to be entertained by a male vocalist who was very good too. So all in all would definitely recommend and would definitely go again if we were on the campsite again.

Lovely place to stay , I would highly recommend this place
Loved the mea we had last night this morning went for breakfast and I can honestly say how that breakfast was presented on the plate was really good never had one like that before
Although it was a Monday and the restuarant was empty except for us, the staff were all great, the food was well cooked and plentiful and the scenic view is truly beautiful.
Well worth a drive out.
We had our department Christmas party here. It was brilliant. The staff were lovely, we were well attended to, the food was really good too. The live band were awesome (Alfonsos breakfast pancake ) A great night which was exceptional value for money in a super location, just a shame it was dark so we couldn't enjoy the view, but that's a good excuse to go again !
Amazing place. Approaching in the dark it loomed up like an ocean liner. Several excellent spaces and the balconies must give a great view of the Avon in the summer. Saw the wonderful Mammal Hands at Stratford Jazz, which helped, but will definitely go back.
Had my wife's bday party 22/10/16 the venue was lovely, food was well presented and tasty . The staff were very helpful I'd definitely recommend it.

Food was absolutely fine for a bar menu at a reasonable price. The staff on the other hand were absolutely exceptional. They were pleasant, polite, helpful and smiled which unfortunately are attributes I am finding in short supply in the service industry.

Beautiful surroundings. We invited 16 members of our family from the North to join us here for a family Sunday lunch. We were well catered for and the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful even accommodating a baby that we hadn't factored into our visit.
From start to finish this was the best meal out we have had for sometime! Service friendly yet professional food totally amazing! We had calamari, lava stone steak, fish and chips apple pie and fudge cake. All of an excellent standard in a lovely atmosphere would highly recommend.

Can I say a huge thank you to Sharon Parnell, the Events Manager and everyone involved in my mother in law's 80 Birthday Party on Saturday the 15th of July.
We booked the Oxford and Cambridge suite, a beautiful room with ample space. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. They let us dress the room with banners and balloons. We provided our own food for which they laid out several tables. They were fantastic. The event manager Sharon is an absolute credit to the Riverside venue, nothing was too much trouble, she was fabulous.
Also thanks to the barman Joe, he was super quick, very engaging in conversation with a great attitude. The room itself is very big, with patio doors that open onto a beautiful private balcony. Our guests loved every minute of it. I highly recommend this venue.Thank you to all the staff, you were brilliant

A handy place to have tea and cakes before or after the RSC play. Great river view when seating outside. There are also plenty tables inside that is connected to the ticket halls if you prefer to stay in the warmth.
Excellent food the taste of the steak was absolutely phenomenal, came out on a hot stone so I could cook it to how I’d like. Alison was an especially good waitress bringing my food out very professionally. Would definitely return, 5 stars.
Only had a couple of drinks can't rate Food as didn't dine here. However, food that we did see others having looked lovely. Staff pleasant we were looked after By Saii. He ensured everything was OK with our visit. Will be back
Really friendly service, amazing food and Jane really took care of us. We had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come for Sunday lunch tomorrow.
Staff were fabulous, couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome as we were a large group with young kids & a dog. The food came quick & was delicious, the atmosphere was great. Sammy went above & beyond which was very much appreciated. I’d recommend Riverside to everyone & will be back!
Food is excellent at a very fair price, everything about this venue is excellent right down to the service received by the waitresses. 10/10 well done.
