A wonderful Costa - had a coffee and returned later in the day for a bowl of soup. Helpful and welcoming staff and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. We love this Costa.

Beautiful coffee, lovely clean Costa Cafe.. but the most important thing was the staff.. Vicky came over to ask how we were enjoying, we had a lovely chat, what a kind lady.. the young lad saying hello and then bidding us goodbye( with a lovely smile!).. honestly one of the best Costas around, and we've been in plenty! Keep doing what you're doing as it was an absolute pleasure to have coffee here. Thank You .

One of the cutest and quaint buildings to house a Costa’s cafe franchise. Sun-facing so we sat outside, sipping a cortado, and taking in the sights. The only downside are the smokers standing around our table expecting me to passively smoke!

A lovely Costa! A very classic Warwickshire front building with seating inside and outside. The hot chocolate was ace! But the muffin was really dry and bland and quite pricey too... The hot chocolate made up for it though

Two visits to this coffee shop yesterday, Vicky the Manager was really pleasant the coffee was great on both visits. Vicky took time to speak to Chrissy and me on our second visit. We will certainly visit again and recommend to others.

The first time a hot chocolate has been served... hot! 👍 Great, normally I have to ask. Plenty of seating including seating on bar stools near the window. Would visit again.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Usual price as it’s a franchise. Some seating outside as well as inside. Impressive Tudor building. Some on street parking around the corner (though it is limited). Good location to take a break.

Really clean, they could do with slightly bigger premises as it’s busy with people as the service was friendly and quick. It’s old beams and windows let the history of the building, think if they were able to expand upstairs or into the property beside them. However top class service and cleaning, the minute someone left they were over cleaning the table.

Meant to post this a while ago, oops! I'm a silly sausage!! Regardless, I came here in early July and was served by a handsome young lad named Henry who was efficient and polite, and my coffee was delicious.

We have 2 coffee shops in the space of 49 second walk. What makes Costa so special is not only the great variety of coffee. But the atmosphere. The smell of freshly ground with great nibbles for the hungry and the staff are so friendly and helpful. If there is a special way you like your coffee that is not on the menu. They are happy to assist you in getting the coffee that's right for you. Keep up the great work guys.

As with most chain stores the benefit is that you pretty much know what to expect as a standard whichever outlet you visit. There are a large selection of drinks as you would expect, not the cheapest however decent sized cups and very tasty. You get what you pay for. The service was prompt, staff are friendly and polite. It's quiet a small property so can feel a little claustrophobic during peak times. The location of the building is very handy for local shops and parking is only a short walk away. I don't know if the building is listed but I am pleased they have not altered the exterior and it is in keeping with the local architecture rather than modernised it.

Well I don't need to share what Costa is, but locally this is one of the best coffee places I've visited in UK. Staff knows exactly what I have every time after only several weeks that I started visiting, and they never disappoint with the coffee. It's a small and cozy place and I haven't seen anything but happy customers in here. I have a free wifi here, its good if you wanna chill and do some writing or reading, no1 is bothered with what you're doing, and you will get your peace here.

Costa brews my fave coffee and I visit this branch regularly. Fabulous old building slap-bang central Stratford-upon-Avon, though it does mean it's not one of Costa's biggest. Friendly staff. Discount for using own cup. Loses one star for the toilets which could do with upgrading.

A really warm welcome from the lady who served us this morning. Service was excellent. Classic Costa setup in a wonderful Tudor building near Shakespeare's birthplace. Couldn't fault it.
