The crown has a great atmosphere and the staff are great. Although I have not eaten here, the food is saw being served looked really good, hot and we'll presented. I meet up with my brother here a couple of times a.month, and the beer is consistently good and reasonably priced. All in all a great pub well worth a visit.
Called in on “ Mothers Day” without a booking. They fitted us in and the food was delicious. The staff were superb, friendly and the meal was excellent value for money.

We had a delightful family reunion Sunday Lunch at The Crown. Outstanding quality of food and portions to match every appetite 😋! Sunday Roasts were some of the best I've ever tasted. Service excellent. Highly recommended 👍👍

Stayed in Toddington and popped in to The Crown for a drink and something to eat, it seems a very popular venue for locals and I can see why. Staff very friendly, good selection of drinks both alcoholic and none alcoholic, comfortable seating areas, good food selection in the restaurant and reasonably priced, we will definitely be calling in again when we next visit the area.
Stayed 2 nights in campervans in car park. Ate the gorgeous pub food both nights and really enjoyed it. Explored stratford only 20 mins walk away or you can catch the river taxi from a nearby campsite. We will be back.

Went to this pub for the 1st time ever, as staying on local campsite. The young man serving was probably one of the best pub staff, i have ever come across. Polite, well spoken, helpful, very quick service too. A credit to the pub. Food was decent enough, fairly busy but didn’t wait too long. Would definitely recommend going there.

The only thing I'd say is serving the bugers and chips in a basket doesn't look appealing as it would be on a plate.

A group of eight of us visited on Sunday afternoon for Sunday lunch and a few beers.The staff were excellent very friendly and very efficient. The beer was very nice and the Sunday lunch was excellent(we all agreed was one of the best pub lunches we have had).Will definitely visit again when in the area.
Very friendly we watched a good game of football then had a lovely meal eight of us and Service was brilliant then when in the garden had a kick about excellent all round and definitely go again thanks .

Found this pub as we were looking for a stopover in our camper whilst we were visiting the area. So close to Stratford-on-Avon, you can walk into town. The team we met were all lovely and friendly. We had dinner in the evening and it did not disappoint.
I had the steak with peppercorn sauce and the chips were soooo good. The whole meal was but the chips were do good. Hubby had the halloumi burger and he said it was really good as well.

Mark, the landlord, is a great guy. He answers emails really quickly. Dog friendly. We booked the back room as there were 12 of us which ended up being 17 but it didn't bother him. He calmly sorted it. Food great. Service from waitress/ waiter excellent. Just right balance of friendliness & respect. Good children's play area outside. Parking though is pay & display. Be aware of that.
It's not the 1st time we have visited or eaten at the crown, but lunch today was exceptional. Mark the manager and Chris the chef were amazing, both taking time to chat and make the experience fantastic.
The Smoked Mackerel pate was divine and my steak was cooked to perfection (unlike another local pub, who shall remain nameless), and the chips were gorgeous, obviously cooked in clean oil.
