This was recommended to us by the receptionist at the Premier Inn where we were staying for the night. Very convenient location for us. Lovely food that night. The service was excellent, friendly and prompt. At one stage we had 4 different people looking after us. A nice atmosphere indoors where we
Probably the best veggie Sunday dinner in Stratford! And meat eater said theirs fab too. Such friendly staff, chilled atmosphere, not rushed and nothing was too much bother. 5* food and service! Well done The One Elm you’ve got it spot on.
Visited having been to a sister pub in group. Celebrating a significant anniversary. Good welcome on arrival, seating area could have been warmer but did warm up. Service was prompt and friendly. Had a problem with the fish dish being excessively bony, but they worked hard to resolve and ended u
We travelled from Birmingham for a random Sunday day out and I was trying to pick the night before where we should go for Sunday lunch. Great food - particularly the first class Sunday roast, but VERY slow service. It took over two hours to order and eat mains and desserts. One to avoid if you're in a rush, but definitely recommended for a foodie experience if you're prepared to wait.
Second consecutive Saturday we have visited. It doesn’t look special from the outside but it is. Fantastic food, restaurant type dishes, cooked to perfection in a relaxed pub environments. Staff are so friendly. Very dog friendly - they even brought a bowl of water and treats on our arrival. I thin
