Friendly helpful staff - good menu choices - food was very tasty and arrived well presented - would recommend
We had such a lovely meal last night and Alexander our waiter was the best. He even did magic tricks for the children. Highly recommend a meal out, especially if you have children 😀
The staff were excellent! Managed to seat my family of 6 (including my daughter who was in a wheelchair) and feed us inside 20 minutes. Karia was our server and she was great with our kids. Lovely food!!! Totally recommend it!
Superb friendly staff and the best i have ever seen children treated and accommodated for. On Easter eve there was a table laid on just for the kids to make and decorate their own Easter hats. That is not to put off visitors without children as it was not noisy or overrun. My daughter loved the food also, as did we. I cannot praise the team highly enough as most restaurants could learn from this model. It was packed with happy faces from all generations for obvious reasons. Well done.

The food was delicious, I taste tested quite a few dishes and each one wowed me, everything looked pleasing to the eye and and matched that energy when being eaten. Also a big highlight was our waitress, she was wonderful, so attentive, so friendly and chatty whilst still being very efficient at her job, she was brilliant and made our evenings celebrations even better.

Well presented generous plates of food and it tasted delicious. I was a little disappointed when I realised I had eaten it all 🙂... well satisfied. If you haven't tried it, you must give it a go, you will not be disappointed.
These folks were friendly and even though very very busy they handled it well. We had great food and service and very reasonable prices. Would definitely remember for next year at the Game Fair nearby.

Wonderful food as always and the staff here are so kind and welcoming. The food is perfect. The staff are bubbly and funny, we have a good laugh when speaking to the waitress.
Went here for dinner, Bella Italia is always a good go to, haven’t been here for a very long time, the menu has definitely had a revamp, although they still have the Funghi Arrosto which has always been a go to for me and that defiantly didn’t disappoint. The meal in general was really good, the only downfall was the fact that we had to wait 30mins when I had called earlier in the day to book a table and was told not to bother as they weren’t busy, on arrival I was told they were very busy and to come back in 30mins, the member of staff did apologise for telling us not to book a table. Funny thing is the restaurant was pretty much empty... Was a good meal though.
We decided to pop in for dinner Thursday 08/06/23.
Upon entry we were greeted by Moanna who was friendly, polite, attentive and professional throughout the service.
The food was piping hot (unlike our local experience) and tastey. There was just the right gap in-between courses so you didn't feel rushed nor forgotten and we were given the option of a pause between main course and desert which spoke of a level of professionalism not expected in a franchise such as this.
The only negative from our visit was the bottle cider wasn't cold but Moanna gladly provided a glass of ice to cool it down.
Loved it - £5 pasta - lots of people turned away as one lovely girl and the one chef on duty.
Quaint little Italian restaurant a stones throw away from Shakespeare's birthplace. Service was polite and prompt but not hanging around you all the time. Ordered the spaghetti bolognaise and a salami pizza, authentic taste. Would have loved to try their wines and cheeses but didn't have time for a leisurely lunch as we got places to visit before it got dark during winter.
Had such a great time here, the manager lauren is incredible! The food was impeccable and the service was top class.
