We went here on a trip to stratford for dessert after a meal out. I had a mini pancake with sobert and my boyfriend had waffles. (His eyes were bigger than his belly, but he really enjoyed it!!). My pud was just enough and I really enjoyed it. I was offered tasters of about 6 sobert flavours, I can recommend the vegan chocolate or pomegranate flavours. The staff were lovely and friendly. Really cute shop. Can't fault them at all!!!
I love this place. All that ice cream and hot waffles mmmmm, crepes to die for and even more ice cream and if you still have room sorbets. The bestest bit you can try the ice cream before you buy. Don't all go at once I need a return visit. Xxx

First visit to Hoorays, I had a Ferro Sunday & my wife had a traditional Nicboka glory, both were absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend & we’ll definitely revisit
We've used the room upstairs twice, once for a birthday and once for a pre wedding family party. It was perfect, they did exactly what I asked, the buffet was great and the ice cream was awesome. Would definitely recommend for parties for any age! Thank you so much!!
We visited on a busy day in half term and were very impressed. Fast and friendly service from the staff, and the food was fab! So many flavours of ice cream to choose from, and (for a tourist heavy town) at a sensible price. We will be returning soon.

We absolutely love Hoorays, every trip there is special, the friendly, helpful staff go the extra mile and of course the ice cream (and coffee) are divine.
We live in Stratford so we have a luxury of visiting Hooray's all the time. It's such a lovely place and the staff are excellent, ice cream have all the flavours you can think of!! It does get busy as times but it is a no surprise due to quality but staff can handle that very well. The corner fo children means you can have a lovely coffee break whilst it's still warm :) 6*

Book a table for a small baby shower, table was decorated beautifully, staff were lovely and food was Devine as usual 💗
Ordered a Unicorn shake, which was like having a 3 course meal of desert in itself�� Will definately eat there again next time we're in Stratford upon Avon ��

We come here all the time, love the different flavours of ice cream as well as the yummy waffles and pancakes. The staff are always so friendly and the atmosphere is lovely!
Fantastic place and very friendly service and staff. Lots of ice cream flavours, but we had the salted caramel and nut slice. (A bit like millionaires shortbread but MUCH nicer!) Beware though, we had to go back again the next day for more, it was that good. Very clean too and even has a play area for small children.
Overall good for gelato. I got the Snickers flavour and enjoyed it. Portion size was good. Mint flavour wasn't as good and cookie ice cream sandwich was a bit hard.
Was really busy as it was a Saturday during half term but we managed to get a seat, so much selection it was hard to choose just one thing to eat, then when the two scoops arrived I assumed it was for a different table because the serving was so big. Great value.
Most importantly the service was fast and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, I had to ask for Gluten Free when ordering via the app and someone came over to discuss the allergy information with me and made me feel confident that I didn't have to worry.
Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic vegan gelato and many sorbet options as well. The vegan chocolate and caramel biscuit were so good! Love that they have vegan waffle cones as well.
This is a favourite place of mine to visit in stratford-upon-avon. The ice cream is always very nice! It's more expensive this time than I remember it to be, approximately £10 for 2 ice creams. It did make a nice treat.
Good vegan gelato, quite a few flavors. Biscoff and chocolate were good, but not super strong. Great service.
Gorgeous ice cream, so many flavours to choose from. I settled with a scoop of the cherry and a scoop of the lemon drizzle. Both were lovely.
Had to queue to get in, but the ice cream didn't disappoint, so it was worth it.

As always great experience. The staff are fantastic. The 2 girls who served us were so polite and attaintive. We took ages to order as we couldn't make up our minds.

We have been here many, many times because, well ,frankly the ice cream is heavenly, but this weekend tops it all. We chose to have my daughters birthday party here. It was perfect. The girls had THE BEST DAY their words, not mine! Booking was easy, everyone I spoke with was super helpful. Service on the day was outstanding, thank you Nicole. We will be back very soon to try your tasty Halloween specials.
Amazing gelato. Average price. Nice inside, little outside area kind of looks abandoned though. Usually a dog bowl with no water in, tables sticky. Kind of seems forgotten about by staff the few times I’ve been. Can’t fault anything else though

Always visit here for lunch. Has a selection of toasted sandwiches and paninis but you go for the ice cream really. Flavours will change daily and seasonally.
Quaint room that tries to use as much space as it can. Even has a small play area for children.
Friendly staff that add to the wholesome ambience.
Only thing that let's it down is it is expensive which is a shame.

Extensive and Attractive menu with options for your pet dog as well. The only critique was that the latte was a bit bitter, and the brownie very heavy on flour. Otherwise a good experience.

Really nice ice cream first and foremost. Friendly service. Boosts extra seating upstairs and a garden area. Had about 12 vegam flavours too.. mango sorbet 💯 peach and pineapple yoghurt with salted caramel (pictured)
This is low-key a spot. Right on the Highstreet, spacious inside, accommodate dogs and friendly for toddlers with a space for them to play. Staff is friendly and efficient, would work on a cuing system. The selection of ice creams is niiiice but it’s all about the cute lil garden at the back.

Fantastic gelateria if you have children. There’s a playing area at the back of the room with toys suitable for 1-4 year olds. Great if your little ones are in the pushchair quite a lot walking around the town and you want to let them spend some energy.
The gelato is good too. Good portions.
