Lovely choice of eatery to finish a visit to Stratford! Friendly patrons and the food above average for sure! Hubby had a "tapenade d' aubergine" and as he's super fond of aubergine he was not disappointed! His lamb tagine was also exquisite! Very aromatic and flavoursome! As for the atmosphere, the music and the trinkets (and the basil in pots) give the place an authentic uniqueness. We would definitely visit again when again in the area!

Excellent food and service in quirky Moroccan cafe. The seafood risotto was less creamy than it sounded. It was really tasty with the creaminess coming from the perfectly cooked rice.

Brilliant little place in the heart Stratford, quarky with a real Italian feel. The coffee was was very good. There is a good selection of dishes to choose from and sitting outside where there is someone usually performing would recommend a visit. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly.

Food was excellent - had the roast lamb, lamb and chicken tajine and 2 appetizers- all superb. But what stood out was how warm the owners of the restaurant are. They make you feel very welcome, very happy to stay and talk, genuinely lovely people. Highly highly recommend this place.

We were walking past and the smell of the food stopped and made me enter. I wasn't disappointed at all. This place has the best food and faultless service. Recommend to anybody who wants to have a good meal, relax and leave feeling satisfied. I would recommend the lamb tagine and scones both freshly cooked and delicious. It is so nice to have genuine friendly service for a change.

Great food, host was warm and welcoming. The place itself is small but it never felt crowded or cramped. Consider booking ahead to reserve as many customers had to be turned away due to no seating availability. Food was delicious, had the chicken and lamb tagine with couscous. If you're in the area check this place out, can be easy to miss or overlook! Note: Chicken and lamb here is halal.

The most welcoming hosts. They make you feel like a long lost relative! Lots of ambiance and character with blankets on the outside chairs and quirky bits and bobs inside. Tables chat between themselves and regulars are known by name. I popped in for the first time today, no particular reason, and I am so glad that I did. The hosts made a fuss of my 5yr old daughter which made her day. Can't recommend it enough.

Have lived locally for most of my life and have only just found this gem of a restaurant. I tried the seafood risotto and it was amazing. Have eaten at a Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey place and i have to say they were outclassed by this restaurant. Prices are good the portion size is spot on and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. A MUST VISIT .
