Great way to spend a few hours. Limited menu but decent quality food well presented. Service was good and friendly. You can certainly get a cheaper 3 course meal but this includes a leisurely 3 hour river cruise.
Drinks were sensibly priced. Good clean toilet facilities on board.

My daughter, friend and I were on the lunchtime cruise yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed every thing. The food was lovely, the staff excellent, the whole trip was really worth while and we would definitely do it again. Very well done to all aboard the Countess!
We had an amazing 4 course meal for my partners 30th birthday. The food was really tasty and the staff were great. I would recommend this for anybody any age.

5 stars no question!!! From first contact via email to disembarking the service was exemplary. The food was tasty and sometimes with set menus it can be a bit cold and dry this was far from the case here.
Very spacious on board so you feel you can have a conversation without being overheard perfect for romantic trips I'd say.

Celebrated a wedding anniversary a while back, wasn’t too sure what to expect but found myself wanting to book it again, we had such a lovely time, the food was delicious even managed to get a extra pudding off one of the waiters. Beautiful views and so relaxing, very reasonably priced can’t wait to go back.
Booked the dinner cruise and we were not disappointed. Beautifully set tables and the staff and the service excellent. You don't have to preorder your meals beforehand just choose on the day/night. Staff served everyone their meals at the same time, very quickly done and food was piping hot. We had tomato & basil soup and mushroom terrine to start and chicken for the main and eton mess to finish. The boat was lit up and looked beautiful. If you have a few hours to spare, book it, you won't be disappointed. We want to go again now!
I've been fortunate to have experienced 2 cruises in the past 4 weeks. The first was a lunchtime cruise with my wife; the second was an evening cruise for her birthday with a total of 24 of us involved. In both cases, the service was first class, and in the case of the birthday celebrations, outstanding.
As you'd expect from the galley of a narrow boat, the menus were limited. However, the quality of the freshly prepared fare was excellent and plentiful.
Both the office staff and the on-board staff were very friendly, attentive, thorough and respectful. They are a credit to the company.
I have no hesitation in recommending a cruise on The Countess of Evesham. We certainly have a lot of happy memories to look back on.

We had lunch on here yesterday for my 40th birthday, and the team pulled it out to the bag! Everything was perfect from the original planning and emails to the gorgeous food and impeccable service. Having the boat to ourselves meant that dogs and kids were everywhere. But the staff were professional and understanding, and made everyone feel special. One of my friends said that it was the nicest 3 hour lunch she’s ever had due to everything being so wonderful. Thank you to all who made the day so special and we’ll definitely be back!
Lovely evening on the Avon River. Diner was nice, especially enjoyed the chicken dish served for main course. Very peaceful with soft music playing while you have diner. Great service.

The service was impeccable, my hat goes off to all the staff members, professional but welcoming. The 3 course meal was fantastically flavoursome and beautiful to look at (Couldn't wait to give my taste buds a thrilling time).
From start to finish the cruise was wonderful, the views along the river Avon are lovely.
I believe the individual in charge is a lady by the name of Lisa, who I must say is a pleasure to talk to and has a business that deserves all the recognition that it receives.
I highly recommend this experience if you're ever visiting Stratford Upon Avon, believe me you are in for a treat.

Attended a friends wedding breakfast on the boat, which we sailed down the Avon for a couple of hours. Great staff and nice food. Fantastic venue and we had great weather also.

What an amazing experience. From the time we stepped on the boat to the time we left we were looked after by the staff and the food was fantastic. We will be booking to go again.
