We went to take the masterclass for making the ice cream ourselves which was really fun! It was cool being able to choose what you wanted to make your ice cream into, and it was unlimited within the timeframe. Our instructor was late however was very friendly. He did spend most of the time on his phone and speaking with his colleagues, but we were able to understand what to do. Because you’re within the public eye, we did have customers ask us questions, and because the staff weren’t close enough, we weren’t sure how to answer. Overall very fun but could do with some improvements!
My son had been bugging me to take him here, and I'm glad that I took him. Pan-n-Ice is really ice cream theatre. They have a variety of flavours, and the portions are quite big. We went for the bubblicious and the look on my son's face whilst they made his ice cream was just priceless. It's something you have to try for yourself. An experience indeed...
I've always wanted to try this finally we came on a weekeday and there was no line unlike during the weekends.
We ordered the oreo and the nut reese. I forgot what is the exact name they called it.
Both were very good but the one with reese is much tastier.
Will order again next time.
I received imagine service from a staff member. I asked his name, he is Rubel Ahmed. It’s a delicious item is G.O.A.T. Thank you for lovely service, I will visit soon.
Unique experience in this country. They have this abroad in Europe and Asia and I am glad they bought this over here. Very nice staff, although the queue can be long because it’s popular, the service was amazing and the rolled ice cream you can’t go wrong with. Highly recommend this place!
We have been here a few times.and love it. Really tasty stuff and the staff make it a very pleasant experience. Last time we visited there a young girl made my Granddaughter feel special as she drew a big love heart on her ice cream and treated the Grandchildren so kindly.when we went this week a young guy there gave us all lots of options and was very friendly to the children and one made a very special topping to our bubblicious by making a unicorn horn on the top.. My Granddaughter loved it .
The people you have working there are so nice and friendly. It's worth going back for the smiles, oh and of course, the Pan-nIce itself.
Umar helped me decide the BEST ice cream rolls for me, It was very fun to watch him make it right in front of me and at the end of it, I got the Hey Bubba with the cookie dough base which was the best ice cream I’ve ever had.
The Biscoff ice cream was sweet but not too sweet and there was a good amount.
The people who made our ice cream were interactive and friendly. Would definitely go again
Line was very long after ordering but icecream was delicious. Most of them were around £7-£8. I recommend trying atleast once. :)
I came here on 5th March with my mother in law, sister in law and niece, after they'd visited previously. I am so so glad I came and cannot wait to go back. The ice-cream was delicious, staff were so lovely and its just such a nice experience.
