The good stuff = tasty food, lovely restaurant - great deco + atmospheric - and I really liked the old nostalgic music they played! The restaurant is well staffed and Staff also seemed lovely!
The not-so-good stuff = service is slow, I forgot what food I even ordered so definitely not one to visit in a rush! Then they forgot some of our order 🙈 our portion of chips didn’t show up and so we left it 🤷🏿♀️
Overall it’s a nice restaurant that serves a variety of dishes and I’d go back on a nice slow lazy day when I have enough time to wait for the food 😋
Fantastic first time visit pre-gig at O2. From the moment we arrived - without a booking, to be well catered for by the front of house staff, we were made to feel extremely welcome. The restaurant inside was busy, but they allowed us wait in the outside area with heaters and blankets!! Our server Eva was outstanding. Very informative of all dishes on the menu, with fantastic recommendations offered. Her level of attentiveness and delight in looking after us was top level. I would definitely return on my next visit down to London.
My friend and I were so looking forward to eating at Figo, and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was amazing, from start to finish (I highly recommend the mussels to start! - the bread and sauce is divine!)
Aside from the food; the service was impeccable! Our waiter, Simone, was amazingly attentive and made sure everything was perfect.
We are already planning our return visit!
Great service from Simone! He was attentive and funny which made the experience so much more enjoyable! Food was delicious and definitely hit the spot after 4 weeks of travelling around Central Europe!
Great Italian. Relaxed atmosphere with very high quality food. Service was also very friendly. We was in there for 3 and a half hours as we was allowed to continue ordering drinks after our meal. Highly recommended!
SIMON WAS AMAZING! Great service, great help with the menu. The food was 10000/10 ugh the food was DELICIOUS and once again, couldn’t have asked for better service! Will definitely come back!
We had the prawns, octopus and arancini and I am still salivating they were so delicious. They were well presented, generous portions and tasted spectacular. There was a great kids menu too with lots of choice. My son hoovered his spag bol and my daughter loved her margherita (I tried some it it was full of flavour). The service was really friendly. The inside was air-conditioned and the decor was full of olive trees which made it feel like you were in the med.
Has been definitely one of the best service that I have ever received in London.
The pizza was delicious and the team absolutely outstanding extremely friendly and helpful.
Vito has been the brightest light of the night, Nash’s pizza? OmG so delicious! Especially the truffle one, so delicate and yummy. Vagna is one of the most amazing team members over there. She’s friendly, polite and helpful, she took care of us like no others! Absolutely recommend this Italian place
Picked this Italian restaurant as the atmosphere and food looks good from the photos on Google, and this certainly does not disappoint.
Very attentive service and I was greeted with smiles everytime a staff came to the table. Great and tasty food, and the portions are fair sized. I particularly enjoyed the grilled octopus and seafood risotto which are full of flavours. The tiramisu at the end is massive too!
Love the deco in the restaurant though some tables are quite close together which can get a bit noisy if the restaurant is full up. Overall an very enjoyable experience and would totally love to visit again!
I have just finished a fantastic meal at Figo in Stratford. The atmosphere was inviting, the decor beautifully done and the food was delicious. Big thank you for the exceptional service provided by all the team especially by Simone who was attentive, friendly and I hope that he is right about the weather becoming warmer again ;-). Thank you!
We decided to visit the restaurant after watching West Ham at the London stadium. We were given a seat outside , the weather wasn’t great but there was a heater above our table but it was still a little chilly,
We ordered two pasta dishes and a pizza and for pudding the banoffee pie.
Food came out dash and was tasty, we did think it was a tad expensive it all in all we enjoyed it,
The pudding did take a while to arrive but when it did it lovely .
All in all , nice restaurant serving nice Italian food .
Buffalina Pizza - 7/10 (taste was all fine just a d cold)
Calamari - 9/10
Salad - 4/10
Service was really good had some great time there. They also treat us dessert, which was a lovely gesture
Booking highly recommended especially during weekends. Friendly waitress showed us our table, Drinks arrived straight away following by our very tasty meals. Happy to return here and recommend it! Thank you 😀
Great service and ambiance. I particularly loved that even though we visited on a Friday evening without a reservation, we were able to secure a table without a long waiting time.
The tables are spaced out in a way that afforded privacy but maximizes the space to accommodate a large number of people.
The food was okay although I believe we didn’t make the best choice for our mains. However, the entrée was delicious.
It’s a good place for date night or just catching up with friends.
Came here for dinner after the 2023 MLB London Series. It was nearby London stadium. We were greeted quickly, and given an option to either sit inside the restaurant or outside. Food was delicious, we had a starter, mains and cocktails. Great ambience, and it was nice talking to some Baseball fans too. If you pick this place, you won't be disappointed.
Really nice food, had the artichoke with cauliflower sauce for starter with fries. I had the Violet cocktail with lavender and Spaghetti Bolognese for main £17.50 for this. Staff were nice too. Though starter was £12 so it does add up . Overall £49
Mr.Fernando provides great services and was very nice. The food is great as well. We ordered one big pizza, it’s huge like croissant, visually stunning and tastes great, mushroom and basil were inside, very unique experience.
We arrived 40 minutes late for our reservation yet the staff found us a table within minutes. Sadly it was outside but they assured us they would get us a warmer table as soon as possible. They brought us blankets and chatted with us, the manager even gave up his jacket for us. As soon as they could they moved us to a warmer table. The staff were extremely attentive, and most importantly kept our glasses topped up! The food was delicious, and we did not have to wait long despite the very busy service. All in all we had a great visit to this restaurant and would definitely return. Big shout out to Waniay & Raluga x
Downtown trip to Figo’s
Figo’s is located on the bustling street near the West Ham Stadium. So if you prefer a tranquail location this is not the place for you.
Alright moving on, the food. I ordered the Prochini Pasta and we got a burutta (to share) as a starter and burrata pizza 😂 and to finish it off Tiramisu. Just to mention the burrata is considerably refreshing so I recommend people to order during summer.
Our server was very helpful and patient with us as we were first timers. Also if you don’t know how to eat the dish ask the waiters, they will greatfully assist you.
